AutoZoner, it is important to remember some considerations when sharing information related to BTSSC or AutoZone, both internally and externally, such as through our personal social media channels.
Just as the AutoZone store dress code unites us as 1TEAM, our communication style unites us as one voice.
At BTSSC, it is vital to maintain internal communication and institutional image aligned with our PLedege, values, and code of conduct.
If you have any need or idea you want to communicate to your team or all of BTSSC, feel free to reach out to the BTSSC Communication team.
Nomination date: : 2025-01-24
Nominator: Iván Alejandro Caraveo Gómez
Nominees: Juan Alberto Cano Muñiz, Ever Omar Sánchez Piñón, Liliana Gabriela
Armendáriz López, Luis Fernando Coronel Hernández, Jesús Omar Valles Luján, Diego Aldahir Meza Quintana, Celeste Terrazas Carreño, Montserrat de la Fuente Vanegas, Karen Olivo Valerio, Jacquelin Arana Ramírez
I would like to recognize the following members of the team, who, in recent months, have taken on additional responsibilities due to the reduction in team size. The tasks of three individuals were redistributed among the rest, including tasks such as performing 41 reconciliations for Mexico and US, including cash accounts of 4 consolidated banks with more than 3,100 stores, answering calls, responding to emails, learning new rectypes, and reaching out to internal clients such as CAT, payroll, commercial, etc. to be available, among others. They do all these activities for about 4 months. This represented a significant challenge, as those who left the team had extensive experience both within the company and in the department. Despite this, they consistently demonstrated a positive attitude and willingness to reorganize, seeking solutions to ensure that operations were not impacted. These months required extra effort, with more time being dedicated than usual, but thanks to their commitment and collaboration, we were able to move forward. I sincerely thank each of you and greatly appreciate the effort made
FNomination date: 2025-01-07
Nominator: Saúl Ibzan Arrazate Estevane
Nominees: Lorenzo Macías Vázquez, Flor Marina Muñoz Pérez, Nadia Marcela Caraveo Galaviz, Andrea Viridiana Perea Bustamante
During a visit from the CAT and the SSC Marketing Art Director to the BTSSC, Flor Muñoz identified inefficiencies in the deal translation process, such as time-consuming Spanish description additions and unnecessary rework A plan was developed to clean and structure the translation database and redefine team roles, which was accepted after addressing concerns about increased daily activities and resource needs.
Flor assigned Viridiana Perea and Nadia Caraveo to work on the database and automation, resulting in a reduction of involved AutoZoners from 3 to 1, a decrease in processing time from 104 hours per period to 12, optimization of the transaction database from over 3000 entries to 305, and automation of the process with an Excel macro. This led to an annual productivity gain of +$72K USD and allowed additional tasks to be assigned to Deal Support.
Join the celebration of all our coworkers who have reached a milestone of 5 and 10 years, during Q2 FY25

The Content Operations team gathered for a team-building event, during which they engaged in various integration activities and enjoyed a festive coffee break. During this meeting, the team's achievements in 2024 were highlighted, and they were encouraged to maintain their excellent performance throughout 2025
The ALLDATA IT team, led by Adolfo Velo, organized a successful teambuilding day that stood out for its focus on fostering collaboration and a sense of competition among the participants. The main activity was an exciting mini pickleball tournament, which not only promoted teamwork but also offered a fun way to compete amicably. To conclude the event, everyone enjoyed a delicious meal that further strengthened the bonds between team members
At BTSSC, we embrace the holiday spirit! Thanks to the AutoZoners who participated in the tree lighting, we hope this season is filled with peace and tranquility. And remember: Santa's mailbox is now available, so you can leave letters that will be delivered to AutoZoners in both buildings. We appreciate the Events Committee for organizing this activity, a lovely way to kick off the December season
In December, the BTSSC Altruism Committee delivered the gifts that AutoZoners donated to children and grandparents from various associations in the city. With games, a piñata, lots of joy, and a pleasant gathering organized by the committee, this Christmas, adults and children experienced the magic of kindness and the spirit of Christmas, which is about sharing with those who need it most
AutoZoners, as you all know, BTSSC's strategy for FY25 is focused on productivity and improving our processes. This means that our goal for the fiscal year is to achieve better results by optimizing our resources.
Under the realignment of Jamere Jackson, our Chief Financial Officer, BTSSC is committed not only to consolidating its operations and generating value for AutoZone but also to going further, attracting more projects, and generating profitability for the company.
We are confident that, as every year, with the commitment, talent, and efficiency of AutoZoners, this year will be one of great innovation and productivity for BTSSC.
TOn December 13th, gifts and raffle prizes from the diferent departments were distributed to all AutoZoners at BTSSC. Congratulations to the December raffle winners!
On January 28th, 29th, 30th, and 31st, various teams of BTSSC supervisors participated in a workshop conducted by REDDIN, a consulting firm specializing in management solutions and organizational development, renowned for its ability to effectively articulate strategy, execution, and leadership.
David, an AutoZoner with 7 years of experience, Abril with 2.5 years, Diana with 2 years, and Luis, with 3 months, form the "Engine Management" team, which is part of the Content Operations team in the Merchandising area at BTSSC.
The different Content Operations teams are responsible for keeping the parts catalogs offered in stores up-to-date, which makes their daily work extremely relevant and is reflected in AutoZone's slogan: "YES! WE’VE GOT IT." This slogan reflects the commitment to our customers when they need a part or accessory.
The team's work, coordinated by David Carballo, involves entering the information provided by suppliers about their part number coverage into the vehicle database, which will eventually be displayed in stores under the engine management category.
Aligned with BTSSC's strategy for FY25, "Productivity & Process Improvement," the AutoZoners are optimizing their processes with two platforms that are in transition: MDM and Legacy, with the goal of making their operation more efficient.
Currently, the team is collaborating on a project to switch from the AutoZone format, which is exclusive to the company, to the ACES format, an international standard in the automotive industry. This aims to create a more standardized information structure and evolve the Znet system used in stores. With this change, the number of parts cataloged and the volume of records processed have increased, resulting in a more robust and efficient system.
I take this opportunity to thank you for all your hard work and commitment over this 25 years.
Since AutoZone decided to open the doors of BTSSC, we have achieved great things as 1Team each year of our operation. And you, AutoZoners, have gone the Extra Mile to make BTSSC a center of excellence.
Your dedication and commitment not only have allowed us to provide a WOW Customer Service, but we have also become a center of innovation and process improvement.
The success and growth of BTSSC over the past 25 years is the result of our collective work as 1Team, supporting AutoZone store operations worldwide.
David Correa BTSSC, VP Shared Services Customer Satisfaction
I started at BTSSC in 2018 as a call agent, and over time, I took on more responsibilities and eventually became a CS team leader During this process, I not only grew professionally but also formed great friendships that go beyond work. I am grateful for everything I've learned and for the support of my colleagues, which continues to motivate me to keep growing within the company

Pedro Ceballos - Sr. Manager, HR Operations and Development Conducted the session: "The High Potential Leader"
