Stage - Complete Style - Contemporary Footprint - 210m² At Ranmore we were challenged to incorporate an impressive development of useable space within the loft and outward within the existing rear amenity space turning this small three bedroom bungalow into a luxury four bedroom family home. With no coherent style of architecture or consistent build quality in the area, the design we proposed brought a modest, m o d e r n a p p ro a c h to t h e r e s i d e n c e . With the existing property infringing upon the boundaries we were challenged to design and incorporate an impressive development of useable space within the loft and outward within the existing rear amenity space.

Build Cost - £180,000 End Value - £695,000 The double height glazed entrance is extruded forward of the property to gain additional space and become a prominent feature on the street scene. Other characteristics that add to the overall success of this scheme include expansive corner bi-fold doors that allow the open plan interior to bleed into the landscaped outdoor living area. As one of our earliest projects this design is a successful example of a small residential transformation that has an impact much greater than its size.
