Biking also gives you perfect opportunities to travel a lot, to face your limits and to basically improve yourself. It is simply your lifestyle. Mountain biking is a sport dedicated to those who hate all kinds of limitations. You pick your own trail, your own tricks and you can ride anything that makes you feel happier and more satisfied. It is just like in your life â&#x20AC;&#x201C; you choose your goals and then you find a way of achieving them. In life or on a trail â&#x20AC;&#x201C; you just Ride Your Way.

From our first steps as a brand we have kept one thing in mind, that the riding is the most important thing in cycling. Bikes bring the best memories from our lives including first bunny hops, backflips, long trips through the mountain trails, winning the contests or just mellow times with the friends on those Sundaysâ&#x20AC;&#x2122; rides. Thanks to our passion, we can share our experience with everyone who loves riding his or her bike just as much as we do.

BLACKBIRDS

A bicycle is a simple piece of equipment with huge potential and that’s why, while creating the Blackbird, we focused on simplicity and functionality. Without a doubt Enduro is a form of sport which demands maximum versatility from a bike – difficult and long uphilling, downhilling in the most difficult conditions, jumps and drops are the standard challenges that the equipment must face.

(with the antisquad parameter at about 100% pedal-bob effect is eliminated). The swingarm is connected to the front triangle with a super stiff 17mm axle, mounted on 3 Max type bearings packed with waterproof Mobil grease. The design of the shock mount yoke means a full length seat tube can be used, enabling plenty of room for the new long travel dropper posts.

Based on our own and our riders’ experience we placed a stiff single-pivot construction at the bike’s heart. This simple solution makes it possible to create a modern bike that fulfills the demands of even the most demanding riders. The advanced swingarm cage, consisting of 12 welded elements and tubes, is very stiff and the carefully designed pivot position allows high pedalling efficiency

The frame design is based on modern, progressive geometry suitable for 27.5” wheels with a low positioned BB, a relatively long front triangle and a 65º head tube angle. The rear dropout is a bolt through 142x12mm. The Blackbird climbs with ease but it will really come alive when shredding down.

The fully-loaded version of the bicycle based on the Blackbird frame. The bike is equipped with the high end suspension based on the Fox 36 Float Performance Elite fork and Fox DPX2 Performance shock. The new 12-speed SRAM GX Eagle groupset with a 10-50T cassette guarantees that you will not run out of gears no matter if climbing uphill or pedaling downhill at speed. The downhill performance new SRAM Code R brakes are responsible for safe braking during those long downhill rides. Blackbird Pro is equipped with a Fox Transfer dropper with travel fitted to the frame size - from 125mm to 150mm. The wheels spin on the Dartmoor Reel Pro hubs and new welded Dartmoor Thunder rims. BLACKBIRD JUNIOR When riding in the mountains it is especially important to have equipment that is suitable for your height, weight and body proportions. Learning to ride on a bike that is too big is not effective and doesn’t allow the youngs to fully enjoy their ride. What’s more, riding a bike which is not fitted well to the rider’s height can be dangerous as it is difficult to have a full control of the bike. The Junior series is built to suit the size of the younger riders who aspire to ride their bikes in the mountains. Blackbird Jr is a bike built on 26” wheels designed for a wide range of gravity riding and dedicated for the young bikers measuring between 140cm and 160cm. The frame structure is based on the solutions taken from the Blackbird frame ensuring high stiffness and effectiveness of the 130mm travel suspension. The short front triangle, low bottom bracket and 710mm wide handlebar ensure a good riding position for the young bikers. The drivetrain with a wide range 11-40T cassette allows both, effective downhilling and comfortable uphilling. Weight: 14.6kg

Bluebird frames use the same simple but very effective suspension system as the Blackbird but delivers 130mm travel optimised for longer days on the trails. The rear axle spacing is 148x12mm Boost standard and takes both 27.5”+ or 29” size wheels. The advanced swingarm cage equipped with three Max type sealed bearings and strong 17mm diameter axle ensures a stiff and strong frame. The higher placed

pivot position offers high pedalling efficiency and eliminates pedal-bob when climbing. The low BB position provides high stability in difficult terrain while the 66º head tube angle ensures a perfect riding control no matter how steep is the track. A construction using shock extension yoke makes it possible to keep a full length seat tube allowing room for the new breed of dropper seatpost.

Popularity of the 27.5” plus size tires renewed also the popularity of the 29-er hardtails which are the best choice for those who want to enjoy long rides in the mountains. The new series of our Primal frames and bikes are designed either for 27.5” wheels with a wide range of tire width - from 2.3” to 2.8” or for 29” wheels with tires wide up to 2.35”. Both new frames - Primal 27.5” and Primal 29” boast new more aggressive geometry with a slacker head tube angle and with Boost standard dropouts.

PRIMAL 27.5

The new Primal 27.5 is a construction dedicated for a more aggressive ride. If equipped with downhill tires the frame will provide a comfortable ride in a variety of different terrains, including steep downhill sections and long climbs. When using plus size tires the frame allows you to cope easily with singletracks, twisted flow tracks as well as enjoy pumptracks and small dirts.

This is one of the most popular first bikes for riding pumptracks and dirts designed for the dirt jumping rookies to make learning the tricks safe and easy. Gamer Intro is equipped with durable frame, solid RST Dirt fork, mechanical disc brake and strong wheels with Raider rims and hubs with sealed bearings. Enduro demands maximum versatility from a bike – difficult and long uphilling, downhilling in the most difficult conditions, jumps and drops are the standard challenges that the equipment must face. Based on our own and our riders’ experience we placed a stiff single-pivot construction at the bike’s heart. This simple solution makes it possible to create a modern bike that fulfills the demands of even the most demanding riders. The advanced swingarm cage, consisting of 12 welded elements and tubes, is very stiff and the carefully designed pivot position allows high pedaling efficiency (with the antisquad parameter at about 100% pedal-bob effect is eliminated). The swingarm is connected to the front triangle with a super stiff 17mm axle, mounted on 3 Max type bearings packed with waterproof Mobil grease. The design of the shock mount yoke means a full length seat tube can be used, enabling plenty of room for the new long travel dropper posts. The frame design is based

Bluebird frame uses the same simple but very effective suspension system as the Blackbird but delivers 130mm travel optimized for longer days on the trails. The rear axle spacing is 148x12mm boost standard and takes both 27.5”+ or 29” size wheels. The advanced swingarm cage equipped with three Max type sealed bearings and strong 17mm diameter axle ensures a stiff and strong frame. The higher placed pivot position offers high pedaling efficiency and eliminates pedal-bob when climbing. The low BB position provides high stability in difficult terrain while the 66º head tube angle ensures a perfect riding control no matter how steep is the track. A construction using shock extension yoke makes it possible to keep a full length seat tube allowing room for the new breed of dropper seat posts.

The new Primal 27.5 is a construction dedicated for a more aggressive ride with a slacker head tube angle and with Boost standard dropouts. If equipped with downhill tires the frame will provide a comfortable ride in a variety of different terrains, including steep downhill sections and long climbs. When using plus size tires the frame allows you to cope easily with singletracks, twisted flow tracks as well as enjoy pumptracks and small dirts. The most popular Dirt Jumping frame in the world after last year refreshing gained not only a brand new shape but also a strength like never before. When tested on the ISO machine with 40% overload new Two6Player survived over 250 000 cycles during the horizontal fatigue test which is the most stringent test to pass for the head tube area. Fresh design and stronger tubes are not the only upgrades. Two6Player is now longer and BB is 5mm lower than before. THUNDER welded joint rim Our new, super-strong and wide asymmetric welded rim for gravity riding. With the 32mm inner width Thunder rim is designed for the 2.35” to 2.6” tires. The asymmetric profile design reduce the difference in the length of the spokes on the right and left side of the wheel providing more equal spoke tension on both sides. Thunder has a tubeless ready profile design and the rim will keep even the wide tires safe in place at low pressure. Thunder rim is made of 6013-T5 aluminium alloy which is approx. 25% stronger than the standard 6061 alloy.

ROOTS lock-on grips Roots grips are our answer to the needs of the gravity riders. The idea was to develop grips that will be thicker and softer than other grips on the market. With surface design showing mountains turning into the tree roots they not only look great but are ergonomically linked with the structure of the hand. MAZE single side lock-on grips Maze are the single side lock-on grips which offer the locking feature but without a plastic core under the whole length of the grips.
