RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS Blueberry Hill Residence Georgie Award Finalist – Best Master Suite Renovation After sustaining severe water damage, the complete exterior siding of this residence had to be replaced. The interior design called for a complete re-design of the fireplace, kitchen, and master bath. All other areas were also updated with new flooring, lighting, appliances, plumbing, furniture, etc. We also provided all furnishings, drapery and soft furnishings.

Brackendale Residence For this stunning 8000 square foot Brackendale retreat, we did a complete renovation of the entire house. We started with a redesign of the kitchen, living area and the bathrooms. We also selected stonework, flooring, lighting, paint schemes, and furniture throughout.

Grand Cayman Islands After withstanding a major flood in the area, this 6000 square foot, 7 million dollar estate in the Grand Cayman Islands required a 1.6 million dollar renovation. Whistler Interior Design completed and arranged all orders and shipping of materials through Miami, Florida. We completed all interior detailing, tile drawings, and specifications, and landscape drawings and design in a 14 week period.

Kadenwood Built on a spacious lot in the cherished Kadenwood village, this residence features the clean lines of modern design. We fine tuned the designs from the designer and supplied the cabinets.

Spring Creek Silver Georgie Award Winning – Best Kitchen over $ 30,000 Silver Georgie Award for Best interior Design Custom Residence.

Victoria This beach front property in Victoria was built to mirror the client’s existing residence in Vancouver.

Although it has it’s own custom detailing as well, the client’s were thrilled with the result of this new build. We were responsible for the design from the early onset, including drawings, specifications, etc. We worked with a prominent Designer on this project James Grieve. We assisted in taking his esign concepts and converting his hand drawings into cad files as well as coordinated specs and orders.

MULTI-RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS Bridge Gate – Built to Green Standards Bridge Gate is a multi-residential project built at Sun Peaks Resort. These homes feature high end finishing while reflecting the beauty of the natural surroundings. We were involved in the interior design from very early on is the building process and delivered complete specifications, autoCAD drawings, and furniture layouts.

We were involved with Phase One and Two of the Whistler Athlete’s Village. Each phase was comprised of 20 townhouses. We completed the complete product specifications, kitchen design, and millwork for all the homes. We also designed and furnished a showhome for each of the two building phases and provided presentation boards. Debbie sat in on the weekly construction meetings during the project as a consultant for the Interior Design.

Polar Peak Lodges Designed and Built to CHBA Built Green Standards Polar Peak Lodges are located just off the Timber Chair in the core of Fernie Alpine Resort Village. We were responsible for providing 4 design schemes, complete product specifications for each, Acad drawings, furniture selection and layout, and presentation boards. We also completed a couple custom designs for clients who had already purchased.

Rainbow Village Designed and Built to Whistler Green Standards We worked on phase two of Rainbow Village in Whistler, BC. Phase Two was comprised of 13 single-family homes. We were responsible for design schemes, complete product specifications, Acad drawings of all homes, specification selection and layout, and presentation boards.

COMMERCIAL PROJECTS Appliances Unlimited We took an empty retail space and completely re-designed it for the Appliances Unlimited 2600 square foot showroom in Coquitlaim, BC. Whistler Interior Design was responsible for the complete design, product specifications, full Acad drawings, and 3D perspectives.

Elaho Medical Clinic – Built to LEED Guidelines We were involved in the design of the Elaho Medical Clinic, Squamish, from the very beginning to the very end. We developed the floor plan, offered complete project specifications, complete ACAD drawings, as well as full colour 3D perspectives. We also project managed the construction phase of this project.

Fernie Marketing Center Designed and Built to CHBA Built Green Standards The Fernie Marketing Center is essentially a sales office for the Polar Peak Lodge units.

Because we were working on the Polar Peak Lodge and our clients were extremely happy with our design, they asked us to design their Marketing Center as well. We took this awful space and turned it into a chic comfortable inviting area for the executives to sit and chat with potential buyers.
