Dr David said that Massage therapy specifically aids relief of not only aches and pains but also helps with relaxation for those patients who struggle with stress and anxiety, particularly in regards to pregnancy.

After we collect your placenta, we start our magical process (encapsulation) in our magical placenta processing rooms (our dedicated workspace) covered from head to toe, LITERALLY in PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). We sweat kilos through heat wave summers and also through freezing winters, but we do it to keep you safe and us safe too. Blood borne pathogens are taken VERY seriously in our line of work, we even have to complete a super special course made JUST FOR encapsulators.

We process your placenta to your specification and in 24 to 48 hours we have it all ready to deliver back to you in the form of capsules, which is less scary for the nervous parents.

Nope they have no meaty smell or taste either, you’re not going to burp up placenta flavoured smells/tastes from deep in your belly.

We will also be giving you a couple of little extra things. We will warn you before we just flash these goodies if you’re are nervous so don't stress. The first is a print of your placenta. No biggie, right?! So, don’t be worried. It is a blood print on lovely quality watercolour paper, so don't let friends and family touch it.

The second is the umbilical cord dehydrated into a cute little heart, so the actual umbilical cord that joined baby to placenta. We remove it from the placenta, wash it and arrange it into a cute heart shape then it is dehydrated and preserved forever.

We don’t want anyone to miss out on having a smooth postpartum recovery just because they were nervous about what their placenta looks like or tastes like. We take the stress of that part out so you can focus on having your baby.

If you are still just not sure, keep your placenta and store it in your freezer CLEARLY LABELLED and you can encapsulate at a later date, when you are ready.
