The Darley Defense Military Fire Apparatus Service Program (MFASP) is designed to achieve compliance and safety certification for military firefight ing equipment and apparatus. The program provides Commands with the opportunity to either certify, repair or replace current firefighter equipment and or purchase complete F.I.R.E.S. Gear ensembles. Our goal is to increase the overall readiness of Armed Forces firefighting teams and their ability to perform duties in fire suppression and life safety intervention. MFASP relieves liability from the Command for failure to validate the safety of its firefighting teams while operating with equipment that has not been certified or tested after issuance. ACHIEVE COMPLIANCE AND SAFETY CERTIFICATION FOR FIREFIGHTING EQUIPMENT

MFASP consists of three service packages designed to ensure compliance to current federally established standards for firefighter equipment, including National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), as well as the equipment’s performance to manufac turer’s established guidelines

Upon completion of each service, Darley Defense will provide a detailed report to the Command. These reports will consist of specific areas outlined in the Scope of Work (SOW) and information regarding readiness, serviceability and deployability of each firefighting team inspected. The report also serves as a tool to establish current on hand equipment inventory to determine the remaining life span of the inspected equipment.
