Hey there! We’re pretty excited that you’re checking out this catalogue. We really couldn’t wait to share our new range with you. You will see lot’s of new bikes this year. Among others, the carbon Define, the 29” Fuzz, and the Nerd. We also wanted you to check out some absolutely awesome photos from Szymon Godziek’s trip to Utah. We’re quite sure these new bikes kick a$$, and the photos are great, but the most important thing of all will be hearing what YOU have to say about it. the 29-er Snabb now goes carbon! The frame of this bike is not just a fancy version of the alloy workhorse. We worked hard to make sure we really are taking things to the next level. To start with, the industrial design was conceived by the guys who made the Eurobike Gold Award winning Rondo Ruut. It features unique semi-internal cable routing - the lines are elegantly hidden away, but there is none of the hassle that is involved with standard internal routing. The frame has adjustable geometry: you can adjust the reach via offset headset caps and adjust the height of the BB via interchan-
geable shock mounts (it’s even possible to change the the travel by swapping the shock and shock mounts). Big sealed pivots keep the frame stable and guarantee long periods of smooth, service free function. There are a few things that we did “borrow” directly from the Snabb - and that is the kinematics of the 4-bar suspension that everyone loves (Pinkbike: “There is so little pedal-induced bobbing at play here that it sort of boggles the mind”), progressive geometry and all-round fun factor.

1 Oversized bearings in Horst link. The Horst pivot bearings that take the most stress are bigger than in any frame that we have made before. This increases bearing life and frame rigidity
2 Sealed main pivot. The pivot that is most difficult to replace is hidden insidE the frame and rEmains completely isolated from dirt and water inside the frame.

4 Adjustable reach via offset headset cups. Only two sizes of frame, but reach can be fine tuned to the size of the rider. The offset bearing cups change the virtual lenght of the cockpit by +/- 10mm
5 The cables appear to be threaded through the downtube and chainstay‌. But actually, they are only hidden in a special channel in the construction. Easy to replace anytime, anywhere‌
6 Massive one piece forged rocker arm keeps the frame laterally stable and drives a Trunnion mount shock.
DEFINE 130. All Mountain / trail. Arguably one of the most universal bikes in the range. Rip up and down mountains all day, every day. The carbon version of the highly praised Snabb can really do it all but the Define takes things to the next level. This beautiful frame is light and tough and has lot’s of unique features including adjustable reach and BB height. One
of things we like a lot are the semi-integrated cable guides - a practical and elegant solution of the internal / external cable routing dilemma. Oh and don’t be fooled by the “shortness” of it’s travel. It really feels like it has much more than the quoted numbers. At the same time, the climbing capability of this bike is absolutely amazing.

The Fuzz has been thrashed and flipped by Szymon Godziek and proved itself in the racing environment, taking podiums at major DH events worldwide. It’s been ridden at the WC and IXS DH Cup by Polish National Champ, Slawek Lukasik and the other fast boys from Factory Racing Team. Big news this year - the Fuzz goes 29”! And it’s not
just the same bike with different geometry. The whole frame has been completely re-designed. For those who prefer small wheels, we are still continuing the 27.5” built on the same frame that the NS Bikes Factory racing team has been using throughout 2017, and still continue to use alternatively with the 29” version in 2018 and beyond.

fuzz 29. Bigger is better, and this version of the Fuzz is not just the old frame with revised geometry. The whole frame has been completely re-designed and now features a badass forged one-piece rocker that adds rigidity to the rear end and drives a modern trunnion shock. Like it’s smaller brother, the frame features a low centre of gravity, with the shock tucked away near the BB, proportional geometry dependant on frame size, adjustable reach via offset cups and an option of

fuzz 27.5 An all time classic. The 27.5” Fuzz has been around for a while and has proven itself in the real world of racing and freeriding. It’s easier to throw around than the 29” version making it a better choice for guys who want a more agile bike. It’s low and slack and has chain stays that are proportional in length to the frame size. The reach is adjustable by up to +/-16mm via the eccentric headset. The shock in the Horst

choosing internal or external cable routing. The suspension kinematics have been tailored to provide exceptional ride characteristics. There is a significant amount of rearward axle movement that helps smooth out square faced bumps, and there is quite a lot of anti-squat built in which minimises suspension bob when pedalling. The guys from our Factory Racing team have chosen to race this version on most tracks of the 2018 season.

Link suspension has a floating design that enabled us to move it close to the bottom bracket and give the bike a very low centre of gravity. There is a significant amount of rearward axle movement that smooths out square faced bumps. At the same time, the frame is very efficient under pedalling.

The Nerd bikes are all about fun - light, efficient and strong. The philosophy behind the development of these frames was to keep things as simple as possible and provide great price, performance and reliability. And indeed - all the models in the range received stellar grades from our development team and test riders. The range includes the Nerd Lite - an aggressive 29” new-school trail bike with 120mm
frame travel and modern geometry. On the other side of the spectrum you will find the Nerd HD - a long travel machine for Enduro and bike parks with a unique 29” front and 27.5” rear wheel setup. And then there is the Nerd JR - the ultimate kids full suspension bike supplied with 24” wheels, but with an option to upgrade to 26”.

SZYMON & MAKS Everyone that at NS is a passionate bike rider. We spend loads of time with our products at work and after hours as well. Szymon, the founder of NS is no exception. He races mountain bikes and rides with his son Max almost every day after work. This team played a major role in the development of our all of our kid’s bikes. Here you can see the on the local trails near our office.
NERD LITE. TRAIL. Finally a trail bike with character! This aggressive 29”-er with 120mm frame travel and progressive, modern geometry is an efficient tool for hammering climbs, but it turns into a rowdy rascal when you point it the other way. Yes it’s hard to believe but all our test riders loved this bike - and they ranged from
racers with shaved legs to guys in full-face helmets who took this bike to the biggest jump lines in the hood. With a sturdy alloy construction, three oversized bearings in the main pivot, the Nerd Lite is fast, fun and will last.

Our goal was to make it capable of growing with the child and making it suitable for many different types of mountain bike riding - anything from XC to freeride. One of the key features is the possibility

The cockpit has lots of adjustability meaning it can be set up to fit the size of the rider. Developed and tested by the NS Bikes founder’s son, this is really a dream kid’s bike.

Keep up with the guys on DH rigs in a bike park on one day and then do an epic ride with your mates on XC rigs on the next. Widely praised for performance and reliability the Snabb is the most complete mountain bike we can imagine. The massive one piece rocker arm makes the rear triangle incredibly stable and drives the new generation of shocks with a TRUNNION mount - longer, bigger, better. The suspension kinematics are dialled to perfection (“There is so little pedal-induced bobbing at play here that it sort of boggles the mind” - Pinkbike) and the geome-
try is modern, low, long and slack. The frames are built to DH racing standards in both alloy and carbon versions and run on high-end MAX bearings for prolonged periods of smooth, service free use. The Snabb range includes the all-out enduro bikes which come in 27.5” and 29” wheel sizes. These are basically mini-DH bikes can also ride uphill - and can do it very quickly. SŁAWEK ŁUKASIK Sławek is our top DH racer, a member of our Factory Team. He’s a former European Champion and a godfather of the new Fuzz 29”, which he was testing throughout the whole offseason. His experience gained on the toughest World Cup courses translates into solutions that we use in our new products. If you really want to go big, the Soda Slope is worth checking out.
SODA SLOPE. Dirt Jumping / Slopestyle / Bike Park. The Soda Slope takes over where hardtails are just not enough. The heart of the bike is a burly frame with a concentric BB pivot system. The bike can be run in single speed mode or can be used with a derailleur for freeriding. We applied the same geometry concept that we use in our hardtails so anyone who likes the feel of our Metropolis bikes or hardtail frames will feel at home on the Soda Slope. It

CLASH. Funbike / Trail. Learn basic MTB skills, ride to school, shred the local pumptracks, hang out with your friends on the coolest bike in the hood. The Clash is built around a strong responsive frame and fitted with proper MTB parts so you can push it hard and expect it to last. The fast rolling tires and aggressive geometry will provoke the rider to attack the trails at full gas. The 26” version is available in two frame sizes and will fit most adults. The Clash JR is designed for kids around 120-140 cm tall and the 2019 version has revised geometry which gives it a more pedal friendly seat post angle. There is also
enough space to accommodate 26” wheels, meaning this bike can grow together with your child. The smallest Clash 20” isn’t your average 20” kid’s bike. Developed personally by our CEO and tested by his 6 year old son, it has our own ‘pro kids’ geometry. You will immediately see the stance that a kid takes on this bike. It inspires confidence and puts the rider in an aggressive position, ready to tackle any terrain. The light, fast rolling Kenda Small Block 8 tires are mounted on wide rims can be run at really low pressures, making the bike very comfortable and stable on bumpy terrain.
