Tim’s background in the arts helps to inform the unique marketing of the Holcomb + Durkovic Group, capturing the essence of a home through stunning photography and video in a modern, editorial style.
Born and raised in Guatemala City, Guatemala, Tim moved to the United States when he was 18 and is fluent in both Spanish and English. He has a bachelor’s and master’s degree in piano performance, having studied at the Juilliard School and the University of Southern California. Tim donates a portion of the proceeds of every closed transaction to various local music non-profit organizations, in support of the arts and the community. He has lived and worked not only in the Arcadia/Pasadena area for over 15 years, but also in Los Feliz and the Hollywood Hills, providing him with first-hand knowledge of the real estate market from Bradbury to Beverly Hills. With his international background, Tim’s clients hail from all over the world, including Asia, Europe and the Middle East.
