In this second part, we will highlight the relationship between the theory of the evolution of species and linguistics. The preceding will serve as antecedents to develop a Genetic Typology, following
the guidelines established by non-orthodox evolutionary theory that makes explicit the "genetic composition" of all languages. To achieve these objectives, we will invoke the Theory of Hidden Colors, by analogy. A tool used in biology to explain, through the study of mutations (in plants and animals), the genetic mechanism that determines the development of an embryo or a new plant. In this part of the work, we propose to demonstrate that the origin of a new language can be explained similarly as today, it is known that a new species emerges. The research carried out suggests that
Protolanguages (the precursors of natural human language) are genetic (social) strategies for communicating the reality apprehended, and therefore, it is not relative because it reflects the vision we have of this reality.
