Clairsentience - sense or feeling of other people or places Clairsentience is an inner feelings, like heat changes in a room. You can sense someone behind you, as though a breeze were drifting by. As you walk into a room, you may feel nervous and unsettled for no reason. You feel a touch on your shoulder. When meeting a friend for coffee, you will know before you even arrive if they are upset. When visiting a place you have never been before, you suddenly feel that this space is familiar to you. Many of us use this psychic gift without even realising it. We just call it a “gut feeling”.
Clairvoyance - inner vision You see flashes that have no obvious source. When watching television or reading a book, you will see something move out of the corner of your eye. A shadow walks or stands close by until you look up, and then it is gone. The dreams you have are vivid and very colourful. You see orbs and smoke apparitions. You may faintly

see how the departed once looked; they might show you how they walked or how thin they became before they passed over. You might get a flash of their home or favourite flower, or a name might pop out at you. The departed love to tell you about how they lived and pass on messages. There can be warnings too, but I like to think of these as positive warnings to keep us from harm. Speaking to the departed can show you into other people’s worlds, but always remember to remain protected.
Clairaudient - inner hearing You hear spirits, or the white noise of a radio being tuned in. Sometimes it’s loud, while at other times it's like the buzzing of a bee. You find you can speak to yourself and receive an insightful answer. But how? You might think, “Well, it just flows.” Your house might grow noisy for no apparent reason. There are sounds only you can hear. Sometimes you hear your name spoken out loud. No one is in the room with you, and yet you hear your name
so clearly. Pay attention to it. And where does that advice come from, when someone asks a question and you pipe up with some outstanding advice that saves the day? It’s your inner voice speaking to you! Spirits speak into your ear and you repeat their words without thinking - it just flows from your mouth. The downside? Others may look at you as though you are from another planet.
Clair-cognisance - clear knowing This is the psychic ability of a person who knows things without knowing how. You may have no supporting knowledge, but somehow you “just know”. You have an unquiet mind and enjoy logical things. You learn through books and benefit from a confident, assertive approach. You seem to answer questions easily and can solve problems that others cannot. Your clear knowing allows you to intuitively recognise who to trust, and when to trust. You can easily identify who is genuine and truthful.

Clairalience - clear smelling

You can experience scents that others cannot smell. You may detect the fragrance of tobacco or an aroma of lavender that seems to come out of nowhere. Clairgustance - clear tasting You are very sensitive to flavours. You notice certain tastes in your mouth even when you aren’t eating or drinking. If you developed a headache and try to leave, some will misinterpret your behaviour as rudeness or a snub. You find yourself drained quickly when you are around negative people. You feel their joy, and you cry when they cry. You may also feel another’s pain so deeply that it is hard for you to bear. This can be very overwhelming and something which you must learn to contain. Honour what you are feeling, but reduce the time you are around negativity. Learn to protect your own energy.

ARCHANGEL METATRON? A lot has been written about the Archangel Metatron. There’s a wealth of information available in books and online, but first we need to know who he is, how he works, and how he can help us.

We are told that Archangel Metatron walked this earth as the prophet Enoch. Enoch was a pious man and we are told he lived on this earth for 365 years until God delivered him to Heaven to work beside him on the Akashic Records, or “The Book of Life”, in which he notes down all our good deeds on earth as well as our bad. He is known as the scribe that sits beside God. He also records what happens in Heaven. There are many religions that refer to Metatron, one of which is the holy book of Judaism, the Kabbalah. The Kabbalah describes Metatron as the King of the Angels, ruler of the Tree of Knowledge. It is said that Archangel Metatron is the voice of God, the one consciousness energy. Metatron, we are told, stands in a beautiful bright light that we’re unable to see with the naked eye. He is able to channel God’s light, love, and voice to us on many levels. He can also act as the ear of God. Though he is a powerful archangel, Metatron will do his upmost to assist us in all things right and decent. Metatron desires us to be positive about ourselves and the lives we lead. If asked, he will help us to become organised and motivated, and can bring about positive thought patterns.
