At 3,281 feet above sea level, the herbs are hand-harvested, dried in the open air, and nurtured by the Sicilian sunshine for exceptional flavor and fragrance.
Agricola Paglione / Lucera, Puglia
The Albano-Faccilongo family has worked in agriculture for four generations and, for the past 20 years, has embraced organic farming methods with full control over every step of production. Their high-quality Paglione tomato products, made exclusively from fresh tomatoes processed within 24 hours of picking, are praised by food critics, chefs, and the press for their authentic taste.
Antica Pasta by Marcozzi / Campofilone, Le Marche
Antica Pasta by Marcozzi of Campofilone was founded by siblings Gabriele, Barbara, and Attilio, who learned the art of pasta-making from their grandmother Adelina. Continuing the region’s centuries-old tradition, they craft exquisite handmade egg pasta in the historic town of Campofilone, one of the original seven producers from the area.

Chiostro di Saronno / Saronno, Italy
Since 1718, the Lazzaroni family has crafted legendary amaretti cookies in Saronno, Italy according to their family’s traditional recipe. They also specialize in panettone, the Italian Christmas cake made with candied fruit and sometimes nuts and chocolate.
Frantoio Galantino / Bisceglie, Puglia
Since 1926, the Galantino family has mastered the art of extra virgin olive oil, hand-harvesting Ogliarola and Coratina olives using traditional methods. Their olives are milled with granite millstones and undergo cold extraction and rigorous quality testing to ensure consistently exceptional oil.

Frantoio Muraglia, a five-generation family business, is committed to preserving Puglia’s agricultural biodiversity and protecting its vital olive trees. Kazzen was founded in 2004 by the D’Ancona brothers with the mission to develop and preserve the native capers and agriculture of their home, the beautiful Italian island of Pantelleria. They use no preservatives or coloring in any of their products, most of which have only a few simple ingredients.

La Fabbrica della Pasta has been producing pasta in Gragnano for three generations, a town renowned for its pasta-making tradition for over 500 years. As one of only 12 remaining pasta makers in the region, it was the first to receive IGP (Protected Geographical Origin) certification for its pasta.

Our mission is to supply our customers with uniquely beautiful and authentic products from family-owned, non-industrial producers. We aim to match the quality of our products with our customer service and shipping. To achieve this, we ask for your participation, and kindly request you review this form and indicate your understanding of the following procedures we have put in place for your benefit.
SHIPPING
We look for the best shipping rates for our customers and we also use reputable carrier services in order to provide a seamless shipping process. If your business has any special shipping requirements, such as a limited access address or if you require a delivery truck with a liftgate, we ask that you notify us of this as soon as possible. If you require deliveries to be made on a specific day or a specific time, please make us aware of this so a delivery appointment can be made. If shipping carriers are unable to access your business due to a limited access location or the business is closed, there will be a fee for redelivery.
PAYMENT TERMS AND METHODS
We ship orders upon receipt of payment in full, unless other payment terms have been arranged. If you are interested in payment terms, please request a credit application or consider placing your order via Faire, who offers payment terms of up to 60 days. For all credit applications, we require a valid credit card.
We will contact you by email when your order is ready to ship. Please ensure that we have a current email address and telephone number to reach you. We require payment in full within 7 business days. If payment is not received within this timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the order at our discretion. All orders canceled due to non payment are subject to a restocking fee of 3%.
We accept payment by credit card, check or bank transfer. If you prefer to pay by credit card, you can make payments over the phone or by a secure payment link sent by email. All check payments can be remitted to our address, Zia Pia LLC, PO Box 7107 Charlotte, NC 28241. If you prefer a bank transfer, please let us know and we can set that up.
