OFFER A BALANCED MEAL Since they are babies, they should be given a balanced diet that contains all the essential nutrients. While fruits and vegetables build their immune system, kids also need healthy fats when they are growing up.

KEEP AWAY FROM UNHEALTHY DRINKS For better immunity, let your kid have healthier drinks like milk and natural fruit juices. Make sure that they stay away from carbonated drinks that are high in calories and very low on nutrition.

EXERCISE TOGETHER Even if your child is still a baby, you may involve them in some form of exercise that you do with them. Whether it is running, crawling or dancing, do it as a family.

GIVE PRIORITY TO SLEEP Young kids need to learn to sleep well to stay immune to infections and keep fit. As a parent, you should prioritize at least 9-10 hours of sleep every night for your child.
