Torque turn systems are optional for the Rick 20TM advanced hydraulic roughneck solution.

The monitoring system attached to the Rick 20 PLC will receive torque-and-turn data, which is put together in an easily readable report for the operator to judge. The torque turn system offers full torque-and-turn monitoring and keeping and data presented in a torque turn system that includes necessary acceptance criteria. This permits the owner to confirm or reject the completed connection simply. This is important to note that this torque turn system will not provide programmed joint torque recognition or programmed acceptance/rejection of connections.

Sucker rod power tongs Sucker rod power tongs are employed for quick make-up/break-out sucker rods in well-service operations.

The launch is programmed by reversing the tong.

The structure is small, concise, and light. Master tong is driven by a large low-speed rpm hydraulic motor that matches the guide control valve. The backup tong is just like a voyeur.

The operation is brief and convenient with die. Place the respondence size mouth set into learning tong and the respondence size glutting into backup new tong, turning the reset knob in proper direction than can make up and bust out sucker pole by operating guide control valve. 2 speed, snapping at low speed, rotating at high velocity.
