Breakfast: a glass of milk, an infusion or a coffee. A toast of whole wheat bread with tomato and fresh cheese.

Lunch: green salad with avocado (lettuce, carrots, radishes...). Potato omelet. 1 pear.
Snack: 1 natural yogurt with a couple of dates (optional).
Dinner: broth soup with pasta. Baked cod with sautéed mushrooms, garlic and parsley. Orange with cinnamon.
