Power packs

Power packs have been an important part of our product range since the beginning of Dani-tech ­almost 30 years ago. Our technicians have developed ­thousands of types through the years, the result is the sale of hundred thousands of power packs.

Countless manifolds and flanges were developed to optimise our solutions, more functions were added to fewer components, and flow or pressure were ­optimised.

Power packs produced in larger numbers are de­ve­ loped precisely to fulfil customer specifications. This work also reflects many years of experience from our technicians.

Many of our customers has opened their technical department, and we thereby got the opportunity to become a serious part of their product development.

An early involvement in the development process gives our customers a better final product.

The power packs include parts from the best manufacturers of hydraulic components. They are developed, mounted and tested in Dani-tech’s production facilities in Denmark and Holland.

Pumpenaggregate sind seit Dani-tech´s Start vor fast 30 Jahren ein wichtiger Teil unserer Produkt­palette.

Unsere Techniker haben Tausende von Varianten über die Jahre hin entwickelt, das Resultat sind mehrere hunderttausend verkaufte Pumpenaggregate.

Es sind unzählige Blöcke und Flanschen entwickelt worden, um unsere Lösungen zu optimieren. Es wurden mehr Funktionen in weinigeren Komponenten ­hinzugefügt, Durchfluss oder Druck optimiert.

Pumpenaggregate, die in größeren Mengen hergestellt werden, sind kundenspezifisch hergestellt. Diese Arbeit reflektiert auch die jahrelange Erfahrung unserer Techniker.

Viele unserer Kunden haben die Türen ihrer technischen Abteilung geöffnet und uns somit zu einem wichtigen Teil ihrer Produktentwicklung gemacht. Eine zeitige Beteiligung im Entwicklungsprozess gibt ­unseren Kunden ein besseres Endprodukt.

In den Pumpenaggregaten werden Komponenten von führenden Hydraulik-Herstellern eingesetzt. Diese werden in Dani-tech´s Produktionsstellen in Dänemark und den Niederlanden entwickelt, montiert und getestet.

ENVIROMENT AND WASTE HANDLING UMWELT- UND ABFALLHANTIERUNG

Power packs are equipped with electronic control for compactors, horizontal and vertical balers.

Our focus here are fast cycle times, low energy consumption, easy maintenance, user-friendly functions and of course, compliance with applicable laws.

The power packs are easy to install: connect electricity and hydraulic, adjust a few functions and the power pack is ready for operation.

The GSM module informs about fill level and failures. Our GPS tracking unit can locate the desired compactor and an overall surveillance is thereby very simple. With our server solution, surveillance of multiple compactors gives an overview in one view.

Pumpenaggregate sind mit Elektro-Steuerung für Müllpressen, sowie horizontale und vertikale Ballenpressen ausgerüstet.

Hierbei wurde Wert auf schnelle Zykluszeiten, niedrigen Energieverbrauch, einfache Wartung und natürlich bedienerfreundliche Funktionen unter Einhaltung der geltenden gesetzlichen Anforderungen gelegt.

Die Pumpenaggregate sind leicht zu installieren: Strom und Hydraulik anschließen, einige Funktionen korrigieren und das Aggregat ist betriebsbereit.

Das GSM-Modul informiert über Füllstand und Fehler. ­Unsere GPS Überwachungseinheit kann die gewünschte Presse ausfindig machen und eine Rundum-Überwachung ist somit sehr einfach. Mit unserer Serverlösung ist eine Überwachung mehrer Pressen in einem Überblik möglich.

ENERGY ENERGIE

Power packs for the energy sector are developed with focus on 24 hours operation, extremely high reliability and long service intervals.

Energy consumption is among others optimised by using frequency converters. There is an external ventilation on the motors in order to run the cooling fan, only when necessary.

On-site installation is often an important part of the scope of supply. Our service technicians install the power pack, draw pipes to connect all its functions. When installed, the ­complete solution is tested for operation. Dani-tech A/S typically service the complete hydraulic installation.

Pumpenaggregate für den Energiesektor werden mit Fokus auf 24-Stunden-Betrieb, extrem hohe Zuverlässigkeit und lange Wartungsintervalle entwickelt.

Der Energieverbrauch ist u.a. mit dem Gebrauch von Frequenzumformern optimiert worden. Eine externe B ­ elüftung am Motor sorgt dafür, dass der Kühlventilator nur bei ­Bedarf läuft.

Die Installation vor Ort ist oft ein wichtiger Teil des Liefer­ umfangs. Unsere Servicetechniker installieren das Pumpen­ aggregat, ziehen Rohre, um es mit allen Funktionen zu ­verbinden. Nach der Installation wird die gesamte Anlage für den Betrieb getestet. Dani-tech A/S wartet in der Regel die komplette Hydraulikanlage.

LIFTING TABLES AND LIFTS HUBTISCHE UND LIFTE

Operation can be very individual; it can vary from few repetitions per day to repetitions every minute.

The products are optimised according to this operation and in order to keep the costs low. Often the electric ­motor is equipped without fan due to few operation cycles. Heat is therefore not a problem, and the fan would be an unnecessary energy consumption.

Power solutions are available with b oth AC and DC, with motor sizes from 0,25 kW to 5,5 kW and an oil flow from 1 to 23 l/min.

If noise is an issue, low noise pumps and eventually soft shift valves can be used.

Der Betrieb kann sehr unterschiedlich sein, von ein paar Wiederholungen pro Tag bis hin zu Wiederholungen in jeder Minute. Die Produkte sind diesbezüglich optimiert, auch um die Kosten niedrig zu halten. Oft ist der Elektromotor ohne Gebläse, da eine Überhitzungsgefahr aufgrund des begrenzten Betriebs nicht erforderlich ist. Ein Gebläse ist daher nur unnötiger Stromverbrauch.

Energilösungen sind sowohl als Gleichstrom, als auch Wechselstrom erhältlich, mit Motorgrößen von 0,25 kW bis 5,5 kW und einem Öldurchfluß von 1 bis 23 l/min.

Sollte Lärm ein Problem sein, können geräuscharme ­Pumpen und ggf. Soft-Schaltventile benutzt werden.

CUSTOMER DESIGNED SOLUTIONS KUNDENSPEZIFISCHE LÖSUNGEN

The hydraulic part is functionally designed to fulfil ­ ustomer specifications. The physical dimensions can also c be customer designed, eventually to be an integrated part of a machine.

Dani-tech A/S produces about 10.000 power packs per year. They are produced with up to 100 kW motors, with on/off valves, proportional or servo. They are often build as blocks on manifolds, where more features are ­mounted together. The pumps are typically gear-, piston- or vane pumps with any control. In serial productions they are ­available with electronic control.

Die Hydraulik ist funktionsmäßig gestaltet, um Kunden­ spezifikationen zu erfüllen. Physisch kann sie auch so gebaut werden, dass sie beispielsweise in eine Maschine integriert werden kann.

Dani-tech A/S produziert jährlich ca. 10.000 Pumpen­ aggregate. Diese werden in Größen bis zu 100 kW ­produziert, mit Ein/Aus Ventilen, proportional oder Servo.

Sie sind oft als Blöcke auf den Aggregaten montiert, wo mehrere Funktionen gesammelt sind. Die Pumpen sind in der Regel Zahnrad, Kolben- oder Flügelpumpen. In Serien­ produktionen sind sie auch mit elektronischer Steuerung verfügbar.

HYDRAULIC CYLINDERS HYDRAULIKZYLINDER

Hydraulic cylinders are a key product for Dani-tech A/S. In addition to manufacture those cylinders on our own, we cooperate with two other suppliers. One of them offers a wide range of standard products, while the other one ­designs cylinders exactly according to the customer’s needs.

It is essential for all three companies to guarantee high quality, corrosion durability and purity of the end product.

Faroil With Faroil’s quality cylinders we are capable of meeting each and every demand for custom-made cylinders. They can deliver internal tube diameters of up to Ø160 mm and stroke up to 6 metres. Faroil’s quality is unsurpassed. The materials used are of best quality, and the technology is the latest available, including CNC centres and robot technology, as well as pendulum/rotation or friction welding. Finally, the cylinders can be coated for marine use.

Faroil verifies itself the corrosion resistance of the raw ­materials by means of salt spray tests. They test the burst pressure of the cylinders and carry out fatigue tests. Faroil’s­ references include the biggest and most demanding ­custo­mers in Europe.

Dani-tech Support ApS Dani-tech Support ApS is our flexible machine factory, here we manufacture special cylinders - from one single item to smaller series. The products are made from raw tubes and bars by using modern machines, CNC centres and welding robots. The cylinders are cleaned several times by using industrial washing. They can be painted in desired colours and (upon request) they can be delivered tested and ­certified.

Our cylinders are documented in Solid Works 3D and can be calculated using FEM. The cylinders are manufactured with an internal tube dimension of up to Ø300 mm and a stroke up to 6 metres.

Our standard cylinder stock For 27 years we sell cylinders from our warehouse, and during that period we defined a standard stock of cylinders that our customers in Europe buy.

The Series 700 has fixed eyes/holes in both ends and Series 1000 has bearings and on the rod an adjustable bearing. The cylinders can be found on our website, they are in stock in most types.

Hydraulikzylinder sind für Dani-tech A/S ein Schlüssel­ produkt. Wir produzieren die Zylinder zum größten Teil selbst, arbeiten jedoch gleichzeitig mit 2 Lieferanten zusam­ men. Ein Lieferant bietet eine breite Palette mit Standardprodukten, während der andere Zylinder nach Kundenbedarf entwirft und produziert.

Für alle drei Firmen ist es wesentlich, hohe Qualität, Korrosionsbeständigkeit und Reinheit des Endproduktes ­ zu garantieren.

Faroil Mit Qualitätszylindern von Faroil lösen wir jeden Bedarf an kundenspezifischen Zylindern. Faroil kann Zylinder mit einem Innendurchmesser von bis zu Ø160 mm und einer Hublänge bis zu 6 Metern liefern.

Faroils Qualität ist unübertroffen. Die Materialien sind von bester Qualität und die angewandte Technologie ist die neueste mit CNC-Zentren und Robotertechnologie, sowie Pendel-, Rotations- oder Friktionsschweißen. Die Zylinder können abschließend für den maritimen Einsatz lackiert werden.

Faroil verifiziert mit einem Salzsprühtest die Korrosions­ beständigkeit der Rohwaren, sie testen den Berstdruck der Zylinder und führen Ermüdungstests durch. Faroils Re­ferenzen inkludieren die größten und anspruchsvollsten Kunden in Europa.

Dani-tech Support ApS Dani-tech Support ApS ist unsere flexible Maschinenfabrik, hier produzieren wir Spezialzylinder - von einem einzelnen Artikel bis zu kleineren Serien. Die Produkte werden aus Rohlingen mit Hilfe moderner Maschinen, CNC-Zentren und Schweißrobotern gefertigt. Die Zylinder werden mehrmals durch Industriewaschanlagen gereinigt, um jegliche Verschmutzung zu entfernen. Sie können in gewünschter Lackierung geliefert und (auf Anfrage) getestet und zertifiziert werden.

Unsere Zylinder sind in Solid Works 3D dokumentiert und können zu Berechnungen in FEM benutzt werden.

Die Zylinder werden bis zu einem Innendurchmesser von Ø300 mm und einer Hublänge bis zu 6 Metern gefertigt.

Unser Standard-Zylinderlager Seit 27 Jahren verkaufen wir Zylinder ab Lager, wir haben Standard-Zylinder für unsere Kunden in ganz Europa im Bestand. Die Serie 700 hat feste Augen/Löcher an beiden Enden und die Serie 1000 hat Lager und einstellbare Lager an der Stange.

Die Zylinder sind auf unserer Website zu finden, die meisten Typen sind auf Lager.

DEVELOPMENT, TEST AND SERVICE ENTWICKLUNG, TEST UND SERVICE

Development and testing Power packs from Dani-tech A/S are supplied all over the world, they are exposed to great temperature differences and high humidity. Differences in voltage and frequency can also cause challenges. Dani-tech’s technicians can test the power packs for those challenging conditions in our climate cabin.

Installation and commissioning Power packs often are part of a complicated technical ­installation. Dani-tech A/S offer to install the power packs and connect it with all features, which need to be activated.

Our service technicians will not leave the building site, ­before their part of the plant is running optimally.

Service and maintenance Our solutions are designed to last, often under difficult conditions. To secure long lifetime, the power packs need to be maintained. Dani-tech A/S offers service agreements, which ensure optimal service and a long lifetime.In case of break down, the Dani-tech service team is available 24/7.

Potential spare parts can be installed quickly - our large stock contains almost all parts. We thereby ensure that the plant gets quickly up and running again.

Entwicklung und Test Pumpenaggregate von Dani-tech A/S werden weltweit geliefert, sie sind großen Temperaturunterschieden und hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit ausgesetzt. Unterschiede in Spannung und Frequenz können auch Herausforderungen mit sich bringen. Dani-tech´s Techniker können diese Bedingungen an den Pumpenaggregaten in unserer Klima-Kabine testen.

Installation und Inbetriebnahme Pumpaggregate sind oft Teil einer komplizierten techni­ schen Anlage. Dani-tech A/S bietet deshalb eine Installa­tion der Pumpenaggregate mit Verbindung zu allen ­Funktionen an. Unsere Servicetechniker verlassen erst die Anlage, wenn sie eingefahren ist und optimal funktioniert.

Service und Wartung Unsere Lösungen sind auf Langlebigkeit, oftmals unter schwierigen Bedingungen, ausgelegt. Um lange Haltbarkeit zu gewährleisten, müssen die Pumpenaggregate ge­wartet werden. Dani-tech A/S bietet Wartungsverträge an, die einen optimalen Service und eine lange Lebensdauer der Anlage sichern.

Bei einem Notfall ist das Dani-tech Serviceteam 24/7 erreichbar. Eventuelle Ersatzteile können schnell installiert werden - unser großes Lagers hat fast alle Teile erhältlich.

Somit gewährleisten wir, dass die Anlage schnell wieder in Betrieb kommt.
