Ball Joints Ball joints are delivered in all known editions and standard specifications.

Welding All welding seams are produced with reference to UNI 258/257.

Cleaning Our tubes are cleaned inside a high-pressure cleaning chamber after welding and before mounting.

Paint job All hydraulic cylinders are delivered with a black base coating. On request, we deliver the cylinders in customer specific ­colours or coatings.

The sealing of the piston is supported both with a backup ring and a guide ring, which gives a good and strong sealing in both directions.

The expected lifetime for all sealing is calculated to 300.000 meters stroke, in normal working conditions with clean oil - ISO 20/18/15.

Test All cylinders are tested with pneumatic­ with a pressure of 8-10 bar and a ­special soap on the weldings and ­connectors to check for leakage.

On request, the cylinders will be tested with hydraulic oil.

These cylinders are typically used in normal and medium duty applications.
