Malaysia is emerging strongly as a maritime country. It’s coasts and seas are endowed with a wealth of marine biodiversity, ecosystems, habitats and other natural resources.
Together they provide for the economic and social needs of the population, serve as coastal protection systems, and generate revenue through tourism.
The sustainable development of our coasts, seas and related resources is therefore a major priority of the Government of Malaysia.

ILAJ HOME : SAKINAH COMMUNITY IN MID-RISE HOUSING SEMESTER 5
ILAJ HOME is a shelter concept for HIV patients who want to keep working. The project encourages students to think beyond the box when it comes to mid-rise residential design, and what sets ILAJ HOME apart from other HIV/AIDS treatment centres is that it will combine Islamic ideas and approaches with physical, spiritual, and emotional care.

A Traditional Foods Centre is the proposed project, which would be built as part of Nilai Town. The Traditional Foods Centre will be a new urban space that will capture the image of Nilai town while also blending in with the existing context, which includes the Cendol BMI Café and a few stores that will fulfil the community’s requirements
