Cooked bacon =Convenience Our premium quality pre-cooked bacon slices are brined, dried and traditionally beechwood smoked and then pre-cooked. We can offer various cooking grades to meet the needs and different applications our customers require. These products are hand selected and carefully put in trays, this ensures that every package contains only the best slices.

For all cooked products we use the same ingredients: Pork meat, salt, natural flavouring, vinegar, antioxidant, preservative, natural beechwood smoke.

This easy and quick bacon is ideal for hotels and buffets and drastically cuts prepping time and will allow employees to focus on other activities while maintaining a consistent quality each day. It can be reheated without slices sticking to each other, which allows for much greater volumes to be cooked at the same time. The bacon has been pre-cooked to 60%, which means that for 60 grams of product, 100 grams of smoked bacon was used.

Mostly in use by Hotel chains and QSR outlets that quickly need large volumes of cooked bacon.

Product is ready to eat and can be a cheaper alternative for use in sandwiches due to low cook out factor, but we advise to cook it further, hence the name.

Cooked Lardons 40% These cooked bacon Lardons are ready to eat and are perfect for use in ready meals, salads, soups, spreads or for use as a topping.

This bacon is heavy cooked and crunchy, without being dry.

Fully Cooked Bacon 43%

The Fully cooked bacon is ready to eat and can be directly used on sandwiches and burgers. Its cooking grade means it is slightly crispy yet still tender. If used for warm dishes, this bacon can simply be quickly reheated. The bacon has been pre-cooked to 43%, which means that for 43 grams of product, 100 grams of smoked bacon was used.

The Heavy cooked bacon is ready to eat and is perfect for use on sandwiches, burgers, salads or just as a snack. This bacon is fully cooked and crunchy, without being dry. If used for warm dishes, this bacon can simply be quickly reheated. The bacon has been pre-cooked to 35%, which means that for 35 grams of product, 100 grams of smoked bacon was used.

Favorite product in QSR burger chains, sandwich producers and wholesale customers.

Product is quite crispy but can be quickly reheated for use on burgers or hot sandwiches.

Crispiest of all the cooked bacons, ideal for cold use in sandwiches that are made on the spot. Many sales to wholesale clients.

Crispy Bacon bits 40%

These cooked bacon flakes are ready to eat and are perfect for use in ready meals, sandwiches, salads, soups, spreads or for use as a topping. This bacon is fully cooked and slightly crunchy, without being dry.

Cooked bacon bits are ideal for use as a topping. The bits are made from the belly off-cuts and go through the exact same process as our streaky bacon.

The irregularly shaped small bits are mostly used by industrial clients who use this product as an ingredient.
