EXHIBITOR INFORMATION Your participation as an Exhibitor at the Third Annual Career Fair will allow you to effectively reach participants with your message and support the worth-while efforts of The Joseph Business School®, a non-profit organization that helps entrepreneurs start and grow their businesses.

Limits of Liability & Responsibility

Insurance and Security

Security will be provided during the one day fair which includes over night monitoring on Thursday, July 18, 2013. Be sure that your materials are insured through your company for loss or liability and that all items are covered during non exhibit hours.

The Joseph Business School® and Indestructo Rental Company, Inc. shall not be liable for damage or loss items during this event.

Personnel will be on duty during move-in, show hours and until after move-out is completed on July 19th after close of the event.

The Joseph Business School® and Indestructo Rental Company, Inc. shall not be liable to any extent whatsoever for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including, but not limited to delay any actual, potential or assumed loss of profits or revenues, loss of use or equipment or products, or any collateral costs that may result from any loss of, injury or damage to Exhibitor’s materials or any situation deemed impossible or impractical to exhibit the Exhibitor’s materials.

Move-in and Move-out

In order to expedite breakdown of the career fair, all exhibitors must shut down their exhibits on Friday, July 19th from 5:00 - 7:00 PM. The Joseph Business School® and Indestructo Rental Company, Inc. shall not be responsible for any items/freight left after the event.

Exhibitors must be on time for move-in on Thursday, July 18th from 4:00 pm - 7:00pm. Exhibitors will not be permitted to take down any part of their display prior to opening or during the career fair.

Materials and Handling

Some dollies or flatbeds will be available for move-in and move-out. However, due to constant demand, our limited time and manpower, it is advised that you bring your own if possible. Should you require materials handling services, please indicate that on the Exhibitors form (contact Indestructo Rental Company and refer to Drayage Form on page (8).

Electrical

Each exhibitor receives one 120 volt, 750 watt duplex outlet if needed.

Show Equipment and Booth Space

The show colors for pipe and drape are forest green and white. Booths include: one table, two chairs, signage and skirting. If you would like to purchase carpeting for your booths, please note that request on Exhibitor Form. Booth Spaces will be assigned through The Joseph Business School office. Once your information has been processed, you will receive confirmation and your booth number via e-mail. It is the responsibility of the Exhibitor to complete and have the required forms completed and returned to Sheryl L. Whitley by Friday, May 31st, 2013.
