HOW THIS WILL HELP YOUR ORGANIZATION The Denver MBA is designed to enhance the skills and acumen of students who have gained experience in real-world environments and to prepare them to make an immediate impact on your organization. Our students are required to perform at a consistently high level, developing critical knowledge and leadership skills through a continuous loop of real-world experience and feedback from business professionals. The challenge-driven project work will not only provide your organization with a source of innovative ideas and strategies, but also with a direct connection to future leaders who have both the hard and soft skills necessary to thrive in today’s work environment. THE STUDENTS WHO WILL BE COMPLETING THE PROJECTS Denver MBA students are transformational thinkers who typically have three-to-five years of work experience and have been exposed to a broad curriculum focused on general business expertise and repeated project work. During their time in the Denver MBA, students will explore the fundamentals of business including marketing, management, accounting and finance. They will also participate in approximately five months of leadership training, undergo repeated 360° performance reviews and have a deep knowledge of building high efficiency teams.

"This process has had a very positive effect on my career search, opening me up to companies and industries which I never would have considered. Before I started my work with Newmont Mining, I would have never imagined that a mining company would be setting the bar for other corporations on issues like Corporate Social Responsibility. It's amazing how this type of direct exposure to companies outside of your consideration set can alter your perspective and your career path. I’ve learned you should never judge a book by its cover, or in other words, a company by its industry." — Paige Conklin, MBA Candidate ‘17

“AT&T has been partnering with Daniels on corporate projects since 2013—we continue the practice based on the overall value it brings to the company. The students, faculty and staff bring a fresh perspective to the communications marketplace and we always walk away with a new outlook, strategy or approach to addressing our real-world opportunities. As an innovation company, it’s great to collaborate with a young, vibrant and energetic community of students who challenge the status quo and require our leaders to see a problem through a different lens. We always come away better informed and positioned to win. It’s important to understand that AT&T is not built on our products, technology or network—we are built around and are ultimately only successful because of our people. The corporate projects allow AT&T to work closely with the next generation talent pool and they are a great way to bring future employees and leaders into the AT&T family.” — Michael Kirk, Director of Global Internet of Things Development, AT&T
