Standards Implementation Report

May 2017 AIESEC in Mainland of China

Introduction AIESEC in Mainland of China focused during May to ensure understanding and ownership from local entities towards the change of MoS, Standards Understanding and knowledge and provide frameworks who can help local entities to have them embedded in their daily operation. We noticed these key issues: • Our entities do implement standards but they lack of knowledge and how to debrief to our customers. • It is hard for them to downscale information to members about Standards knowledge and implementation.

1

Include into SONA Standards Implementation Check Up. Each month each local entity needs to fill out our SONA survey where we get their status and we include the standards implementation check up. This help us to: • Encourage LCP and LCVP to ensure Standards implementation • Measure AIESEC their knowledge and understanding MoC • Check if each entity has a clear way to implement them. We track: 1-‐. Standards Implementation 2-‐. EP LEAD Activities

National Sensing and Assessment on Standards Understanding and knowledge. During the implementation of SONA we noticed the following issues: • Lack of clear understanding of Standards. • No clear planning on how to do Change of MoS Key Solutions: • Sensing AIESEC to LCVPs and LCPs about Standards MoC Implementation with a clear benchmark • Collection for LC’s Change Management ADKAR Model and Plan

Functional Summits to ensure understanding and ownership towards Standards. In order to ensure clear understanding and education to our local network about Value Deliver and Standards Implementation, we executed: • GV National Summit: A training for LCVPs oGV and iGV on how to ensure Standards Implementation plus improving their consideration phase. AIESEC MoC • VP Summit: In the way to Summer Peak to improve their methodology of Standards Delivery.

Delivery of Materials and Resources for local entities to ensure Standards Implementation

We focused on providing guidance and education materials to all local entities to ensure understanding and therefore implementation of Standards. After sensing and checking on the status of the national plenary , we agreed that the most urgent AIESEC MoC education to launch during May is: Customized IPS and OPS Guidance is what we focused during May.
