What’s the EP process?


#4 How MoC implement standards?


1 Standard Sending Entity

As Home Entity, we need to fulfill 4 standards, which are 1. The home entity has provided a space for goal sending based on Leadership Development Assessment result. 2. The home entity must offer an Outgoing Preparation (for leadership development of the EP, including space for AIESEC purpose [AIESEC Way] explanation) before EP leaves for internship. 6. The home entity must offer a Debriefing (for leadership development of the EP, including space for checking on personal goals) at the end of the internship. 14. The home entity ensures that the EP has a valid insurance policy to cover basic medical costs for the duration of the exchange.

Personal Goal Setting

We combined Personal Goal Setting into Regional/Local OPS as one session. Regional OPS

Local OPS

Always put Regional OPS as priority 1 and Local OPS as plan B. Host local OPS before exam and ensure every EP has received this standard. (you can choose to host conference/one2one talk according to your EP scale) In this link you can check KM of local OPS: http://bit.ly/2017LOCALOPS

Each LC needs to upload local OPS agenda & KM to this drive.

Insurance

We have our national insurance partner——PingAn Insurance平安保险 Insurance fee was included in our EP fee. (400/2500) Every EP will take their insurance after approve.

1/EP must receive interview from local.(customer feedback/process inform/RIS invitation) 2/You can host RIS/one2one depend on your EP scale. 3/EP must take the ORANGE parts, that’s the complete process. 4/After EP finish ORANGE parts, they can get the refund.
