Each dish is prepared to order using only the freshest, highest quality ingredients.

Our Chorizo (Mexican Sausage) is made from scratch by the matriarch and patriarch of our family, a recipe that has been passed on through generations. As is each corn husk wrapped pulled pork tamale.
