APCM Guidelines Objectives: Are they Understandable, Reachable, Specific and Measurable. Aims: Are they Inclusive, Participatory and In accordance with needs. Needs Assessment Was the target the target group consulted in the needs analysis? Is the project needed or wanted by the target group. Is your idea fresh? No other similar projects within the community. Does the needs analysis use both macro and micro levels. Participation Is that a high level of participation within the target group? Do the target group find it easy to join the project? Methodology Are the activities realistic regarding resources? Is the cost over / underestimated? Do the activities meet the aims, objectives and needs? Specific methodology for working with different groups. Partnership with local leaders, organisations, schools, etc. Creating safe space foe including disadvantaged groups.
