WHAT IS LEAD? LEAD stands for learn, engage, activate, deliver and it is a global programme to support the leadership development of our AIESEC leaders. It serves to improve the quality of your AIESEC experience & to empower and equip leaders with necessary capabilities.

LEAD is designed to improve experience of our exchange participants, and let them realize the leadership learning & growth derived from an exchange experience. This is as a support system for their inner and outer journey.
