THE FURNITURE PHASE WILL INTRODUCE FURNITURE, DECORATIVE LIGHTING, WINDOW TREATMENTS, ACCESSORIES AND ART.
ROOM-BY-ROOM PRESENTATION BOARD WITH PRELIMINARY FURNITURE OPTIONS WILL BE PRESENTED WITH THEIR SCHEDULED FABRICATION AND DELIVERY TIME ALONG WITH INDIVIDUAL PRICING WHICH WILL INFORM THE OVERALL FURNITURE BUDGET. THIS IS TO PROVIDE TRANSPARENT FINANCIAL ANALYSIS ALLOWING YOU TO MAKE DECISIONS BASED ON AESTHETICS, SCHEDULE AND BUDGET.
AT THE COMPLETION OF PHASE 3, ALL FINAL DECISIONS WILL HAVE BEEN MADE FOR FURNITURE, FIXTURES AND EQUIPMENT.

AS FURNITURE, TREATMENTS, ACCESSORIES AND ART ARE APPROVED FOR PURCHASE, WE INITIATE THE PROCUREMENT OF SAID ITEMS. AT THE SAME TIME, WE CONTINUE TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION OF INTERIORS, RESPONDING TO REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION FROM THE CONTRACTOR AND VENDORS.
OUR PURCHASING MANAGER FOCUSES ENTIRELY ON ENSURING YOUR ITEM IS FABRICATED, SHIPPED, INSPECTED, DELIVERED AND INSTALLED ACCORDING TO THE DESIGN INTENT, SCHEDULE AND BUDGET. EVERY ISSUE IS ADDRESSED AND DEALT WITH TO MAINTAIN ABSOLUTE QUALITY CONTROL.
WE ALSO CONTINUE TO WORK WITH THE ARCHITECT TO INSPECT THE CONTRACTORS’ INTERIOR WORK TO TRACK PROGRESS AND TO CONFIRM THAT FABRICATION REFLECTS DESIGN.
DURING THE CONSTRUCTION, THE TEAM IS ON-HANDS THROUGHT THIS PROCESS. ATTENDING SITE MEETINGS, CONSULTING WITH CONTRACTORS AND SUBS, AND ENSURING THAT THE VISON IS BUILT TO THE EXPECTATIONS OF THE CLIENT AND DESIGN TEAM.
THE FINAL INSTALLATION IS A CUMULATIVE RESULT OF OUR ENTIRE WORK. WE PROVIDE A NUMBER OF CLEARLY DEFINED DESIGN AND PROCUREMENT PROFESSIONALS, EACH RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR GIVEN AREA OF EXPERTISE AT INSTALLATION, WITH THE PRINCIPAL OVERSEEING THE FINISHED PRODUCT TO ENSURE ABSOLUTE ADHERENCE TO THE EXPECTED DESIGN.
