We are happy to announce an updated Pool Reservation Procedure. Our goal is to reduce the number of reservation no-shows, along with opening up more options for our Members. On May 31st, we will cease accepting reservations for one week. This will allow the next seven days of reservations to be consumed. On Sunday, June 7th at 9:00 AM, we will open reservations for Tuesday, June 9th through Sunday, June 14th. This will allow Members more flexibility and a choice of 18 different time slots over six days. This procedure will then repeat itself every Sunday morning.

A reservation e-mail reminder will then be sent to everyone the morning of their reservation.

We are requesting that all reservations and cancellations be made online. Our online system will automatically open a time slot when a cancellation is made.

HOW TO UPDATE OR CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION ON THE WEBSITE: 1. Log in to the DAC Website and go to the Pool Reservation Date in which you made your reservation.

2. Click on “View Existing Reservation”

3. To update your reservation count, click on the “Questions / Answers” text and type in your revision. Click finish once you have entered in your new count. Make sure you click “Update Reservation” before closing out of your current reservation.

4. To cancel your reservation, click the red button “Cancel Reservation”.

HOW TO UPDATE OR CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION ON THE APP: 1. On the app, log in and click the menu bar in the top left corner. Select “My Reservations”.

2. Select the Pool Reservation in which you would like to update or cancel.

3. Click Next

4. To update your reservation count, click “Update” and type in your revision. Click Done in the top right corner once you have entered your new count.

5. To cancel your reservation, click “Cancel” and select “Yes” when it asks if you are sure you want to cancel.

The policy moving forward will be that if any Member does not show up for a reservation (non-weather related) their Pool Privileges will be revoked for two weeks. Please note that we will be adding a 24-hour cancellation policy.

We believe that these measures will lead to a more pleasant Summer at the Pool for all.
