This hotel will offer guests a tranquil retreat where they can unwind, connect with nature, and immerse themselves in the rich cultural heritage of the region. The design will focus on integrating lush greenery, vine , a central courtyard and facilities to provide guests with a serene experience that promotes relaxation and stress relief.

Creating a mentally and physically healthy environment for the community which are highly influence the happiness of each person

Community Scenario

A rooftop community space featuring a library, gym, and vertical green design creates a vibrant urban oasis the vertical green design incorporates lush vegetation to enhance air quality and aesthetic appeal This combination promotes wellness, relaxation, and environmental sustainability in a dynamic rooftop setting

The Steungmeanchey canal community space integrates a green corridor and air-purifying plant design to address canal odors This setup includes lush vegetation and specialized plants that filter and clean the air enhancing the area ' s aesthetics and environmental quality while mitigating unpleasant smells

PROJECT BRIEF

Next Door is multifunctional building and a home to more than one hundred families. Living in the central of the city, tenants got logical views on how they refused to move to bigger and better homes, while some struggle to move to a better place. Hence, improving the living conditions for them should be prioritized to design efficient space where they could called HOME. Within the building, three dimensional living is provided. Those include on land shophouse for commercial use, Communal space for our tenants and locals to spend their leisure time while getting socially connected and apartment. Accordingly, the project aims to improve and change the lifestyle of the current tenants for a healthy sustainable environment which could adapts to any circumstances in the future.

The Visionaire is envisioned as a transformative cultural institution dedicated to showcasing the intersection of art, science, and innovation while fostering a deeper understanding of culture through creative expression and technological exploration Located in Kandal steung district, the museum will serve as a dynamic platform for promoting regional artists, inspiring younger generations, and catalyzing a movement towards greater cultural appreciation and technological advancement.

SITE STUDY

The current study site is located in Kandal Steung District, Kandal Province, approximately 20 km from Phnom Penh. Kandal is bordered on the east by Prey Veng province, on the south by Takeo province, on the north by Kampong Cham province and on the southeast by Vietnam.
