Along with a warm and inviting ambiance, catering was very important to us. Full guests are happy guests, right?! At the center of every lotus-fold napkin was a chocolate-covered strawberry, a special treat for each of our guests. We served a prime rib dinner, paired with a decadent dessert bar that featured everything from cheesecake to chocolate to tiramisu. I think it’s safe to say everyone was well-fed. When he asked me to marry him two years later, the answer was a no-brainer. I’d found a man whose compassion, generosity and kind-hearted nature helped shape me into a better person, and I wasn’t letting go. In planning our wedding, it was my hope that those values would be reflected in every detail up until the very last dance.
