Hampshire Conference on Tourism. Over 100 participants took part in workshops, heard from top speakers, and networked at the two day event held at the Mountain View Grand Resort. Workshop topics ranged from working with international markets and using social media for marketing to moving your business to the next level and writing press releases. LANCASTER — One of New Hampshire’s civilly committed sex offenders has recently been convicted of additional crimes in criminal court. William Ploof, 52, who is currently housed in the sexcure psychiatric unit of the NH State Prison in Concord, was tried in Coos Superior Court last month on charges he sexually assaulted an adolescent boy some 30 years ago.
