CONCEPT

This park was carried out as an exercise to learn the regu- lations and the process of creating an urbanization, in turn, it was given the freedom to expand creativity and make the park according to one ' s own criteria.

The reason why a candy theme park was made is because it is focused on children and on developing a more friendly and "magical" environment in their childhood.

CENTRO DE DESARROLLO Y CULTURA EL GUABAL

Institutional Project

6rd Semester

2023-1

The project features an adaptable volume that extends at both ends. It is organized into isolated sections such as a library, playroom, and communal lounge through glasscovered circulation. This design promotes coexistence by acoustically isolating the areas. The flexible circulation, with three entrances, provides user experience options, while the efficient distribution optimizes space utilization.
