CIRCULATION
The Wonka Park, located in the Restrepo residential complex, in Usaquen, Bogota D.C. This project is charac- terized by having a theme design on sweets, while being a private area. The park consists of 170m2, of which 47% is of vegetation and 53% of hard zones.

CONCEPT
This park was carried out as an exercise to learn the regu- lations and the process of creating an urbanization, in turn, it was given the freedom to expand creativity and make the park according to one ' s own criteria.

A survey was prepared to define the project standards and client's profile. These are some of the aspects that were most taken into account and defined the project.
It is a project that has as its main focus the socioeconomic inclusion between the owner and the inhabitant of the sector, it is also desired to generate a more ecological and pleasant environment for society.

SOCIAL INCLUSION:
For this strategy as a project, spaces for talks were generated in which both the owners and the inhabitants of the sector participate, for a safer and more enjoyable environment in order to have a community where there is respect and solidarity.
SECURITY:
In this strategy, the security system will be expanded in the project for everyone ' s comfort, placing cameras and expanding surveillance.
INFORMAL SALE:
Spaces suitable for this activity will be generated, specifically stores that blend with the design of the building. This is also done to benefit the people who already lived in the sector so that they are not highly affected.
ENVIRONMENTAL BENEFIT:
In this case, the public spaces were generated around nature, giving it prominence, in the case of more soft space (grass).

The project features an adaptable volume that extends at both ends. It is organized into isolated sections such as a library, playroom, and communal lounge through glasscovered circulation. This design promotes coexistence by acoustically isolating the areas. The flexible circulation, with three entrances, provides user experience options, while the efficient distribution optimizes space utilization.

Lack of maintenance in public spaces. According to the IDRD, the locality exhibits a high level of deterioration in its urban furniture and green areas, negatively impacting the residents' quality of life in the area.
