LASER CUTTING and Bending

Bending

Using state-of-the-art laser technology, we cut steel plates of up to 20 mm thickness with high efficiency and precision, plus non-ferrous metals of up to 15 mm thickness and sheet metal measuring up to 4000 x 2000 mm.

Our trained, experienced personnel are able to bend even the most complicated and challenging parts. The CNC-controlled bending press has a capacity of 250 tons.

We are also able to cut pipes in three dimensions up to a diameter of 315 mm, a maximum wall thickness of 20 mm and a maximum pipe length of 3000 mm.

Material thicknesses of up to 12 mm and maximum bending lengths of 4100 mm can be implemented.

MIG/MAG WELDING

MIG/MAG WELDING Our core business includes the welding of machine beds and welded structures of up to 12 tons. We manu­ facture prototypes, individual pieces or in series.

Our welding staff have years of experience and a range of welding qualifications, which can also be expanded depending on the requirements.

Tig Welding We TIG weld structures made from special materials such as chrome steel, titanium or aluminium.

Challenging, geometrically complex containers, basins and pipe parts are cut in-house and welded professionally.

Thermal stress relief and SHOT BLASTING

Thermal stress relief

SHOT BLASTING

Is used to remove the material stress on workpieces that have to undergo machining as a result of their precise geometric tolerance requirements.

Welded structures are sand blasted or shot blasted before coating, which gives them a clean, uniform and highly adherent surface.

We use an electronically controlled oven for workpieces measuring up to 10 metres in length, 2.5 metres in width and 2.5 metres in height with a loading capacity of up to 25 tons. The maximum temperature is 1000°C.

A hermetically sealed sand blasting cabin is used for this purpose with interior dimensions of 2500 x 2500 x 10000 mm.

The thermal stress relief process or curve can be adjusted according to customer demands.

Small parts measuring up to 600 x 600 x 600 mm – especially those made from stainless steel – are glass-bead blasted.

CASTING MACHINE BEDS

Careful pre-treatment forms the most important basis for high‑quality coating. Parts are pre-treated according to material, requirements and size.

Metal-shell or welded structures filled with innovative materials enable machine frames with high static and dynamic stiffness to be produced.

Parts can be degreased, shot blasted or glass-bead blasted, ground and filled.   Priming and coating is made in wet processing with one or two components and in all available colours. The coating supplier and brand can be selected by the customer.

Elements such as threads, cable guides and sockets are positioned and cast into place in these composite structures, which impress thanks to their outstanding damping properties.

This high level of functional integration combined with functional filling materials opens up a whole new range of groundbreaking construction possibilities.

CNC MILLING

CNC MILLING Our production uses two CNC milling centres – Uniport 6000 and Uniport 6.

Uniport 6000 is a modern portal milling machine - the ideal choice for 5-sided machining and vertical turning of large components in the most economical way. Uniport 6 enables 3-sided machining with the maximum size of 4250 x 1670 mm.

Our professional specialists know how to machine complex workpieces to achieve an accurate result.
