The Provider Workshop Package is your chance to lead a valuable, informative, and engaging session at one, or all of our Disability Connection Expos. Whether it’s a panel discussion, Q&A, or expert-led talk, your session should offer real takeaways — not a sales pitch.
Inclusions
Workshop to Providers
30 minute workshop, no AV, or screens, just an interactive session to providers without presentation equipment. There is a 9am or 9.30am session available on Saturday morning of the expo in the office next to the organisers room. Capacity of up to 50 people. You can deliver a presentation, or you can do a presentation followed by Q&A.
Promotion for the workshop
This workshop would be promoted via;
1. Two email shots to the entire 155 to 250(region dependent) list of exhibitors at the expo
2. Via SMS on the morning of the workshop
3. We will produce 250 A5 flyers about your workshop, which you can hand out to providers on the Friday of the expo.
Eventbrite Landing Page
To promote the expo, and capture attendees details, an Eventbrite landing page will be created. This will be used in the promotions to the workshop and at it. You will then be provided with everyone's contact details within days after the workshop to follow up with the attendees.
Teas/Coffees & Basic Snacks
To entice attendees into the workshop, it will come complete with teas/coffees and light refreshments to offer to attendees
Welcome Aboard Social Media Post
A social media post to Welcome you to our Sponsor Family, which will include your organisation name and level of sponsorship.
Social Media Exposure
Sponsor team photo at your booth during the expo with a write up, shared to Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
Service Agreement Meeting
A meeting to run through each of the inclusions in your Sponsorship Package.
Branding
2 Pull Up Banners Promoting the topic of your workshop in your organisation's branding.
Video Interview
A 3-7 minute interview with the founder, management, staff, or participants, at the expo.
Expo Digital Collateral
Access to all photos, videos, and interviews taken of you at the Expo exclusive to you.
