Why are the printed albums fewer pages than they were last year? They may be fewer pages, but many of the Gift Collections contain as many as last year or more brand-name items than ever before. Some are featured in print and online, and some are showcased online only. This allows for more flexibility in the items we offer – fewer back orders and more customer satisfaction. We want the gift recipient’s experience to be easy and enjoyable. This will help us ensure that. Are Gift Cards re-giftable? Yes, you can give your Gift Card to someone else. Once they redeem their gift, the redemption number is no longer valid. Only one redemption applies per card. Do Gift Cards have a monetary value displayed on them? Ribbon Gift Cards do not display the retail price of the Gift Collection. That means the recipient will not know how much has been spent on the gift. Plus, the perceived value of Ribbon Gift Collections tends to be higher than the actual price. What happens if you try to redeem a Gift Card after the redeem by date? To get the best product selection, please encourage all recipients to redeem their gift by the redeem by date on the card.
