Recognizing the nationwide need for skilled psychiatric health care providers, Dartmouth Health is working diligently to encourage Geisel School of Medicine medical students to pursue a career in psychiatry. “Our job is to get medical students excited about psychiatry,” says Julie Frew, MD, MED’05, HS’06-10, vice chair for education in the Department of Psychiatry. “We do that by giving them positive experiences with faculty and in their rotations.” Continued on page 8
