A Center for Capacity Building. The project will be an integration of a community and Technical and Vocational Education, Training (TVET) Center that primarily serves as a training center and provides course-specific, Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) accredited job training and skilll enhancement specifically for the residents in Lupang Arenda. As a facility that mainly caters to TVET students and workers, the spaces should promote flexibility, adaptability, organization, and inclusivity. The straightforward and humble design of the integrated community and TVET center preserves the residential character of Lupang Arenda.
