Lin and her husband Jeff are riding bikes on the paths around Nantucket when they decide to stop for a break at one of the island beaches and they notice something that wasn’t there before. The remains of an old shipwreck has been uncovered by erosion from a recent storm and an archeologist for the Massachusetts Board of Underwater Archeological Resources is there to study the wreck. While looking at the parts of the ship that have been uncovered, Lin starts to feel dizzy and has to sit down in the sand. For several seconds, images of a sailing ship flash in her mind, and she knows that soon a ghost connected to the shipwreck will need her help. The next day she is drawn into a new ghost story. What does the spirit want? What happened to the ship? What is its story?
