Once convinced college just wasn’t for her, Crystal Neer made the decision to enter the Radiologic Technology program at Cypress College. The single mother was determined to advance herself and provide a better life for her son, while also pursuing a career where she could help people.
Crystal graduated with her associate degree in spring 2017 and is a certified radiologic technologist.
Born out of her desire to help others and a deep appreciation for the guidance and financial assistance she received during her time at Cypress, Crystal established a scholarship to help deserving health science majors in the EOPS, CARE, and CalWORKS programs.
