While converting into opportunity ,we can merge it with existing opportunity :For that Select the opportunity > CREATE OPPORTUNITY

We can also convert lead into opportunity just by a drag and drop from NEW to QUALIFIED

Under Reporting Menu we will get Lead, Pipeline, Activities reports
