PERSONAL RESUME

I have worked in architecture since 2011 and I concluded my graduation in 2014 as an architect and urban planner in Brazil. Since then, I have worked in various architecture sectors, such as retail, commercial, leisure, residential and mixed use, with projects located in Ireland, England, Brazil, Portugal, Angola and Canada. During my work experience, I have been fortunate enough to have experienced great projects, from the initial concepts to completion.

Tower Bridge is an Apart hotel scheme for 183 units and public spaces at the ground level including a Coworking/ barista space, restaurant and outdoor seating area. The existing building occupies a prominent part of Tower Bridge Road and has the potential to be an important corner building. The site comprises three buildings at 151 Tower Bridge Road, 153-155 Tower Bridge Road and 157 Tower Bridge Road.

Involvement

The Tower Bridge project was a challenging project due to the fact that it was based in the UK. I started working on the project from RIBA stage 3 to stage 7, and my main duties were to develop the RIBA stages reports and production of the design package. I was also part of the design team meetings in London, managing RFIs, coordinating BIM with others disciplines, schedules and development of the Revit template and family’s standard of the project.

Premium Outlet Rio de Janeiro (Built area: 38,000.00 m²) is strategically located close to main roads and avenues, allowing it to be easily accessed, in addition to the proximity of airports and adjacent cities. The project sought to understand the multicultural environment through its implementation and its modern aspects are explained by the blend of natural materials and high-tech elements providing to the user a unique experience, unlike the traditional malls.

Involvement

I was involved from the start to the end of the project, developing all the project’s disciplines that were fully created on a BIM platform. This project allowed me to develop my BIM skills at the highest levels and to work closely with the internal and external teams. The project was developed extremely fast, however due to the fact it was well planned and organized the process was smooth, giving me chances to overcome the project issues and to adapt accordingly to changing circumstances.
