Escalators in commertial area also provide custumers a convenient routes to third floor where the multiple hall is located. Due to the atrium, this area is the only part in steel structure for its wider span supporting.

For the better use of every inch of space, two secure stairs are designed toward different aisles. Furthermore, elevator lobby is beside a pantry, creating overlooking view toward a coutyard.

The project contains seperated structures because of the large scale of constructure,

At the joints, Corbels would used to support H beams from Building B. Furthermore, Escalator Mechanis is hanged between corbels and grinder with H beam combined with T beam.

A feature in the project is the IDC room, which will provides Internet Server Rental. Due to the high level of mechanic demands, the floor at sixth is declined for 1 meter, leaving enough spcace for electricity cables.

High way is a public terrace as a sky garden, connecting to phase two buidings. This stair serves as the entrance of High Way with plenty of seats.

Mechenic spaces are always hidden in somewhere in the cornner, and that’s why they are hard to refined. As a resulat, Why not we rebuild it from outside?

Plug-in System is an extra SC structure attached to the original RC structure, relacing the illegal extantion balconies on facades, with kichens for vendors and service spaces for residences. Since it could inserte an elavator easily from the ouside, the entrance for the whole apartment was upside down, leaving the courtyard as a tranqui garden.

Current apartments are only 40 m which is not enough for a families. Furthermore, the only access to go upstair is the spiral stairs that is inappropriate for elders.

Addressing to those problems, the new apartments get expantions with a new entrance from outside through the elevators. Only three spiral staris are kept as evacuation routes. Moreover, it provides resident more space in the courtyard at meantime.

Based on structure grids, new apartments are allocated for 3-5 intervals to fit the area of young social houses in nowadays, varing from studio to 3-room flate.

Residents, who can not afford the on land houses, live outside the edge of the city and constantly sought to get in for safety, while those within the protected area ventured to the edge for entertainment, highlighting the complex dynamics within this unequal society.
