ABOUT US One of the longest established e-liquid manufacturers in the market, Cuts Ice was founded in 2012 and has since grown to become one of the largest and most reputable e-liquid manufacturers in Europe, producing some of Europe’s most loved brands.

In early 2018 we invested in a new 56,000 square foot, state-of-the-art facility in West London, that creates premium e-liquids for both open and closed vape systems.

We were the first vape company in the UK to attain ISO 9001 from the BSI and now operate to a GMP standard with over 7,000 square feet of ISO7 certificated clean rooms.

WHAT WE DO

We manufacture a comprehensive range of products within our branded portfolio for wholesale and retail.

These include T-Juice, PVRE and more, which cover the full spectrum of consumer needs.

We offer an end-to-end white label service across TPD compliant e-liquids, pod hardware systems and advanced consumer products; including Shortfills, Longfills and flavour concentrates.

Our bespoke flavour development facility can perfectly match an existing flavour, develop a unique new concentrate, as well as conduct sensory panels and pan-European consumer testing groups.

With industry leading product stewardship, we offer analytical and toxicology services, Our in-house teams use state of the art equipment to test formulations and ensure TPD compliance.

OUR BRANDED PORTFOLIO

Most notable is 'Red Astaire'. Created by our founder in 2013, 'Red Astaire' quickly became one of the most popular flavours and still today is a best-seller that is used by millions.

Our flagship brand, T-Juice, re-launches this year and will incorporate the Halcyon Haze and Coil Hootch brands to provide one of the most comprehensive range of flavours on the UK and European market.

PVRE is our exciting new ‘challenger brand’, which is to be launched Q3 2020.

Our state-0f-the-art manufacturing facility has 4 fully automated filling and packing lines with an annual capacity of 67 million open-system products.

Our growth and investment from leading private equity firm, LDC, has meant we have been able to invest in closed-system pod filling with a capacity of 10.5 million pods per annum - which is set to treble in 2020.

We work in partnership with clients to define the development pathway; conducting research, using flavour trend data and engaging with consumer panels. A brief is then created in collaboration to ensure that the products to be developed are innovative and suited to your brand and consumers' tastes.

Compliance

Our in-house flavourists and scientists then begin development to create the exact flavour profile you seek. Several variants are created of each flavour concentrate that can be reviewed by our clients, internal sensory panels and finally consumer testing groups.

The 'Duty of Care' approach that we apply to product development ensures that all of our e-liquids are compliant with the EU Tobacco product Directive (TPD2) and also adhere to international and national standards as required.

Launch

Prior to manufacture and launch, our in-house design team and regulatory compliance team will work with clients to develop branding and packaging that is effective at point of sale and compliant to TPD regulations.

WHITE LABEL PRODUCTS Nicotine Products TPD compliant freebase nicotine and nicotine salt e-liquids. Available primarily in 10ml bottles for the European market, and in 30ml and 60ml for global markets.

Advanced User Products / DIY Products Flavour concentrates in 10ml, 30ml and 60ml bottles, Longfill and Shortfill products.

Diluents and Nicotine Shots Pure, pharmaceutical grade Propylene Glycol (PG) and Vegetable Glycerine (VG) in a range of volumes, and pharmaceutical grade freebase nicotine and nicotine salts.

In 2016, Cuts Ice was vertically integrated with Flavour Core, a specialist in ‘vape grade’ flavours and the development of new sensorial experiences for inhalation.

Flavour Core develop ‘vape grade’ products on a molecular level and each analyte is toxicologically screened to ensure that materials that should not be vaped, are not present.

This level of flavour stewardship is unrivalled in the independent industry, with the final concentrate being risk assessed to ensure that the product is fit for consumption.

These processes go over and above what is required by TPD2 and preparations are underway in anticipation of revised and tighter regulations.

Our development methodology allows us to develop the exact flavour profile that you require. Utilising discreet aroma chemicals, built at a molecular level, subtle adjustments can be made to bring out specific flavour characteristics. This methodology also allows us to reverse engineer existing flavours for an identical replica.

Our dedicated R&D department are focused on creating cleaner flavourings, innovative and advanced nicotine systems and proprietary eliquid formulations that can be tailored and optimised depending on the hardware / device that the product is intended to be used in.

All product testing begins with a sensory panel by our in-house R&D experts and flavourists. We then utilise our pan-European network of consumers, to validate the flavours against the defined parameters of the matching and development process.
