This is the July flat release of our student rentals, advertised in this booklet, as well as on our Facebook page.

The list is super easy to follow, we have advertised in sections of ‘bedroom count’ and then in order of ‘rental price’. Make sure to note down any properties that catch your eye and flick the property manager an email to let them know you are interested!

On Friday the 8th of July we will post some viewing times for the available student rentals.

If you would like to attend one of the viewings, it is as simple as coming along at the allocated time.

First viewings will commence from Tuesday the 12th of July.

If you think a certain property is the perfect fit for your group, start the application process through our Renti website link - https://renti.co/browse/cutlers (you can find this link on our Facebook page).

You will have one primary contact who can start the application and then invite the rest of the group to fill out their individual applications.

If you are successful with your application, the Property Manager will be in contact to arrange a time for the lease to be signed, and to go through the Tenancy Agreement, Bond, plus answer any questions you may have.

Once a property is signed we will update on our Facebook page to keep you up to date, we will also remove the properties advert from Facebook and the Renti website.

APPLYING:

You will need to have ready:

• Reference contacts from Landlords, work places, halls or school testimonials.

• Photo Identification - such as drivers licence.

• A few sentences containing a bit about yourself and why you would suit the property.

SIGNING/ TENANCY:

Property Managers will cover:

• Bond - Three weeks rent, due later in 2022.

• Rent - Amounts, reference and account info.

• Move in and move out dates.

• Other clauses and terms of the tenancy.

GETTING SORTED:

Set up prior to moving in:

• Find a power and internet provider.

• Order a RED rubbish bin (if not included).

• Set up a flat account for any bills and rent payments.

• Get contents insurance (renters insurance).

If you do manage to secure the perfect property for 2023 we look forward to having a great year with you.
