1 cup all-purpose flour, plus more to roll out noodles

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

2 large eggs

Beat the eggs with a fork and gradually add the flour Keep stirring and pulling in more flour until a solid dough forms

Using well-floured hands, knead the dough until smooth, firm, and no longer sticky, adding flour as necessary

Roll out the dough to the desired thickness

To keep the dough from sticking, sprinkle flour on everything, including the work surface

To cut pizza, use a sharp knife or pizza cutting wheel.

To ensure uniform cooking times, cut them evenly Make sure the dough is floured before folding it to cut

Let them sit until ready to cook.
