How to Make Chicken Porridge

Ingredient
- 1 cup of rice
- 8 cups of water
- 300 gr of chicken breast
- 1 stalk of lemongrass
- 2 bay leaves


- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Topping
- Fried onions
- Celery Slices
- Gore nuts

- Shrimp crisp
- Chicken & Egg

Wash the rice and cook it with water, bay leaves, lemongrass stems and ground chicken breast.
Pulse until the rice texture becomes soft and thick. If the water is less, you can add more as needed.
Add seasonings such as salt and ground pepper according to taste.
Keep stirring so it won't burn until the porridge is completely cooked.
When it is cooked with the texture of the porridge a bit thick and smooth, serve it with the desired topping.
