Education has been around for a very long time and college education is one of the most important of them all. Unlike most college students, I began my undergraduate career at the age of 16. With my youth came some naivete. The chance to offer advice to myself as an incoming freshman is an opportunity I would take in a heartbeat. I would dispense advice in three areas: academics, social life, and personal conduct.
In the past you have been a fairly strong student, but there are some pointers that you may want to heed. Although the laptop you were gifted as a graduation present may be a powerful tool, you probably should not take it to class. With your laptop's capacity to enrich your educational experience comes an equal if not greater capacity to distract you from class. Stick to a pencil and notebook as much as you can. Traditional note taking will improve both your memory and your GPA.

Now it all comes together, when you apply to The Ohio State University your first year, with a 4.5 GPA and a 29 on your ACT it 's nearly impossible to get in, but then somehow your second year if you have at least a 2.0 GPA and a 22 on your ACT you can get in with no problem (The Ohio State University, 2017).
