What’s important in these situations, however, is how the apology is delivered, since it could turn that negative experience into a positive for the customer. Nothing hurts the sincerity of an apology quite like a diatribe of excuses delivered via an impersonal email. And in the digital era, where customer interactions are often conducted behind the veil of a computer screen, it can be difficult to achieve a personalized approach to saying “I’m sorry.” The company known as Sorry as a Service has capitalized on customers’ desires to be treated as individuals rather than as numbers. TELUS International Europe Community Board was founded, donating US$200,000 since its inception. In Romania, our teams renovated schools in both Bucharest and Craiova, replacing furniture, painting and improving the schools for over 400 children.

20132015 In Sofia, Bulgaria, our team revitalized a school for visually impaired children. In Plovdiv, we helped refurbish an orphanage.
