To have acceptable wellness you should have an equal amount of social, emotional /mental, and physical health. I, myself, believe that I have an okay wellness, I mean not like full wellness but just enough to pass I'll say. But how am I living in wellness?

I keep having of back pains, and sometimes chest pains that hurt like crazy. That is why my resolution is to exercise. I'm starting in Spring where I can do much more stuff like play sports and go walking. It's also a great thing that I'm in gym, if I wasn't I wouldn't know about all the problems that could happen to me if I kept being lazy. I judge my behaviors have something to do with my problems.

It is important to think about your behaviors because you need think about how it will affect you and the other person. If you call someone ugly and say just kidding you don't know how that person will feel about you saying that. The person might be laughing now, but later they will look back at that comment and start thinking about if they are ugly or not. There are people who can take jokes, there are people who can't. Just put together who is and isn't. There are times in class when you are learning something, and there is that one person who wants to talk in class when you're learning. They aren't thinking about how they are making others feel, just themselves. When you say something they start getting defensive for no reason. That's why you don't say something. You can't do anything but tell the teacher, or just learn from them. Don't be the person who will hurt others education. They aren't hurting anyone

Wellbeing is a term in which reflects on the positive emphasis on health and can be broken down into six aspects know as environmental, physical, social, emotional, mental and spiritual. To achieve a high balance of wellbeing it is vital that a person is able to balance and take care of each aspect effectively. Underdown (2007) implies that in 1948 the World Health Organization(WHO) defines health as 'a state of complete physical, mental and social well–being and not just the absence of disease or infirmity.' This definition took a holistic view as it mentions mental and social wellbeing and it was supported as it focused on a person being healthy rather than not being ill. However, this definition has been widely criticized. Seedhouse (1986) believed that for someone to be in perfect state of health is unachievable and unrealistic.
