Account Terms
Payment Options
Accounts are due for payment 30 days after your monthly statement. Any account which is more than 60 days old can be placed on hold without notice. Failure to comply with our credit terms may lead to credit being withdrawn.
We accept payment by cheque, Mastercard, Visa (1% surcharge will be charged on all credit card payments) and direct deposit. Our bank details are:

Freight
Freight is free on orders exceeding $500 excluding GST. Orders required by air and marble and hardware items will attract a freight charge irrespective of the total amount of the invoice. We on- charge freight with the exception of Perth (postcodes 6000-6201) which will be charged at $32.50 per consignment.

Additions to Orders
Request for return of goods for credit or exchange must be made within 14 days and will be subject to a restocking fee of $25 per consignment. Soiled, damaged or labelled goods will not be credited to your account.
Hardware is sold in full packs only. Please note that freight will be charged on hardware and marble irrespective of the invoice total. We will take great care in packing marble to reduce breakage, however, no credit is provided for damage to this product in transit.
Backorders can be added to your next order or sent when the goods arrive. If required immediately then normal freight rates will apply.
Orders placed before 1pm EST will be dispatched that day. For local orders, orders placed before 9am will be sent out on the morning run.
If you add to your order after your order has been packed, your addition will be packed and invoiced separately which may result in higher freight charges. If you add after 1pm (our order cut-off time) please nominate whether you would like the whole order or just the addition sent the following day.
