Slater Hunter Ltd trading as Cur8 Residences combines 20+ years of tailor made real estate management solutions throughout London’s most prestigious neighbourhoods & beyond. The organisation originated with the merger of two well established property management; SMEs (My London Trip - Hunter Orion Ltd & Tremendous Luxe Ltd) consolidating resources and portfolios to enable the realisation of shared strategic objectives forming Cur8 Residences

Launched in 2022 the company has firmly established its credentials as an expert provider of luxury London rentals for holidaymakers, business travellers and high-net-worth individuals.

Our corporate service-led approach, with a dedicated concierge team running round the clock to cater to our guest’s every need, has yielded impressive results. Consistently excellent reviews from guests and a growing base of loyal, repeat customers extending over 10 years have enabled the company to achieve industryleading occupancy rates, boosting customer spend with the company and maximising investor revenue.

Meet the Team

Shareholders & Non-Executive Directors

In 2011 Craig founded MyLondonTrip until 2020, taking the company to £3.3 million revenue in 2019 with expected £10 million revenue 2022. Previously he was a consultant for 10 years to start up restaurants, leisure parks, digital hospitality and property developments. Consulted to United Nations OIM program and facilitated multi million regeneration projects through the European Development Fund. Graduated with 1st in BA Hons in Leisure Management at University of Manchester

Elliot Hughes: Partner in Cur8 Group

After completing his Officer training at Dartmouth Officer College in the Royal Navy, he decided the military life wasn’t the right fit and instead he pursued the property investment sector. Elliot quickly gained extensive knowledge and financial backing, building a portfolio ranging from buy-to-lets, HMOs, hotels, gyms, and new build developments. He recently took a sabbatical to start a family and earn a Masters Degree in Spatial Planning before joining Cur8 as a Partner. In his role, Elliot oversees new acquisitions, strategic direction, and property investment activities.

Aiman Wahid – Property Acquisitions

Aiman has a passion for technology and property with over 7 years experience as a software engineer and over 2 years experience helping investors find their perfect property investments using his own curated software programs. With every investment being analysed head to toe he is confident in his estimations and has been a valuable asset in bringing business not only to Cur8 but to our long list of investors.

MustaphaMohammed-TechnologyDirector

Mustapha’s background spans 10+ years of providing commercial professional services for multi national blue-chip end clients such as Barclays, Goldmans Sachs, Bank of New York Mellon, Royal Bank off Canada, IBM and Cisco. He joins Cur8 Residences to streamline technology programmes to enable cutting edge digital engagement, user experience, new commercial revenue streams and industry disruption. This is a valuable addition, providing rich enterprise scale experience which is a critical component in order to reach the outlined strategic objectives, milestones and operating model.

EmilyJonson-ReservationsDirector

She holds a degree in Business and Finance from University of Nottingham. She has previously worked in roles at Experian and Citibank where customer service has played a large part in her day to day work so giving excellent customer experiences is at the heart of what she does. Emily has a passion for travel and especially loves to visit London, as there are always new places to discover in the ever changing, fast paced city, making her a perfect fit for the company.

IramShah–InvestorRelations

Iram has a background in corporate banking and is a qualified mortgage advisor. She has recently partnered up with Cur8 Group to help investors build their wealth with no debt or interest, in line with her faith. She works on our property acquisitions arm, to help expand the groups asset base portfolio with investors. Her love for helping investors achieve their financial goals and online marketing expertise, means she is perfectly placed to head up our investor relations.

Slater Hunter provides peace of mind to both investors and guests by verifying the identity of guests on arrival and maintaining securekeymanagement procedures.

Guests are personally welcomed to their apartment where all features of the property are introduced and any house rules are communicated.

HOUSE KEEPING

An experienced housekeeping team is on hand to make sure all apartments are professionally cleaned to an immaculate standard to welcome our guests.

A thorough inspection checklist is compiled for each individual property, meaning any faults or problems are immediately identified and rectified to the maintenance team.

Inventory before and after guests arrive are done ensure high standards are met and damage is reported and charged Cleaning Rated 5 stars on booking Portals for over last 3 years

MAINTENANCE

An in-house professional maintenance team is on hand at all times to look after the properties and ensure they are kept in perfect condition throughouttheseason.

Any faults are immediately dealt with to ensure no problems are allowed to negatively impact upon guests’ enjoyment or our investors’ underlyingasset.

IT & SECURITY

Our Property Management System (PMS) plugs into 200 portals, agencies, concierge services and travel agencies worldwide to give live availability to our bookers.

Pricing algorithms select the highest daily price in line with demand spikes. This is the cornerstone to the IT operation which reviews our past performance and market conditions.

Apartments are fitted with noise meters to reduce the possibility of complaints from other guests.

Cur8 Residences takes out bespoke insurance policies for every property it manages to guarantee investors will not be left out of pocket in the unlikely event of a problem arising that is beyond the control of the management team.

Our live portal allows investors to any time to see how hard  their money is working for them in  real-time.

The portal can providenotifications ofeachnewbookingwhenitismade, as well as showing availability, profitability and rates per night. Investors can also use it to block any dates they wish to reserve theirpropertyforprivateuse.

Cur8 Residences have been vetted and selected by Plum Guide – a short-let London rental company that curates a list of the top 1% of available properties in the capital. Luxury Retreats, the world’s preeminent luxury agency markets a selection of our most prestigious residences - Royalty Mews, Herbert Crescent/Pont Street, Knightsbridge and Castle Lane.

Corporate bookings and relocations provide a consistent and dependable revenue stream. Silver Door and City Base apartments act as agents on our behalf.

Our repeat guests and word of mouth recommendations have built up over ten years in the industry with bookings from the banking, legal, media and film industry which provide 30% of our business.
